I purchases this product on 4th Feb. after 1 month it’s not working anymore.I’ve been trying to contact the supplier as I need the invoice for me to complain it in dyson customer centre but the is not responding to my message. I’m very frustrated!

Good product but it’s too heavy and the design is not sleek specially if u want to take it while traveling

This machine works properly and does its job. Less hairfall now compared to when i was using a regular hair dryer and iron separately. My only issue is i cannot register it at Dyson website. They cannot detect the Serial Number which i worried when suddenly the machine will not work.
