I wear it at work for 12hrs, my job requires high physical activities. My back started to give up on me after my first child. It's not heavy and does its job! It's night and day, with and without it at work.Female, wears medium in general, fits nice.

I love these braces but if I use them too often, the Velcro wears out and won’t grip any longer. It’s a shame because the brace itself works really well for my lower back pain.

Product works well after multiple uses and washing.

At first, I loved it, very comfortable and flexible. But after a month of wearing and a few rounds of golf, the straps started slipping off. The Velcro on the straps eroded and wouldn't hold anymore if you tightened them. I had to use strong Acco clips to keep from throwing it away. Disappointed.

Good value. Helps with back issues.

This is a good economical version and works well. The other models are better of course but cost more. This will work though.

Works better than described would recommend to anyone with back problems!
