The Boxio unit is great quality and everything I need for my camping trip, haven’t used yet but a trip is on the cards soon.

Love this ! So handy when out in the van & compact enough to stick in little gaps. Havnt tried the shower attachment yet

Great for what i need it for

I wanted to review this when I first got it a year ago. On the whole, its good but have been very disappointed with their customer service and this is really just a bit of constructive feedback and hope it helps any other buyers. The concept is amazing, and when it works - its great but immediantly out of the box the tubes (at least mine) get twisted and you have to constanslt position the tubes so that water will flow proppely. Its so annoying and frustrating that you spend 5 mins tyring to get a trickle out just to wash your hands. I contacted customer support who were friendly but really didn't take any time to understand my issues. Watched several videos and kept seeing a little bit of plastic that would stop the tap tube from twisting. They kept telling me that was an older model. Fair play but my newer model never worked properly. A year later I came back to it as its camping season and it was even worse. Reached out to support as I am sure my tubes were defective from day one. No offer of a replacement, dispite I still had an open support case that was unresolved by their team. Today, I tried someting different - I picked up the same spec tube from amazon. It was way more flexible and slightly thiner - half expected it to not work as the original tubes are quite thick and stiff. WOW!!!!!!!!! it was amazing!!!! the new tubes have flex so they dont get tangled and the presure was 100% better and not a single issue of having to waste time re-positioning tubes. Great product - 'Meh' customer service, awful tubes. But solved if you buy better quality ones. Shame as for £200 for a box you would expect them to pair it with better quality tubing. Again - I may be unfair as maybe I got a defective tube, but if their customer service had bothered to be interested and maybe send out some replacements, who knows!

Lost two packages from this company. Also items have turned up with numerous items missing. Paying a premium for poor quality.

It’s a nice little sink but it’s definitely not worth the money. The lid is flimsy and poorly attached, the hoses get bent out of shape when stored in the sink as per the design, the water only flows well for about 10 seconds, I like it, but for £50, not £200! I wouldn’t recommend it, you could build something better for less, it might not look as nice though!

Lo adquirí para acoplarlo en un armario extraible de mi campervan y ha sido todo un acierto. Cumple muy bien su función, sencillo pero efectivo. No tiene mucha capacidad pero suficiente para el día a día para 2 personas, es sencillo de retirar los depósitos y volver a rellenar.

Le caisson est vite rangeable aussi bien dans une voiture que dans un placard. Les bacs de stockage sont bien pensés. L'ensemble est de très bonne qualité.

Je l'ai monté et fait un test rapide. Marche très bien. Bons shémas de montage. Attention au montage de ne pas intervertir les deux tuyaux. Excellente contruction et matériaux et pièces de qualité. Léger et compact. Fonctionne très bien. Parfait pour une utilisation dans une petite van ou minivan. Pour les jours où il fera trop froid ou avec trop de pluie pour être dehors. Livraison: déficient. Le livreur n'a pas sonné. Sur le site ils indiquent: livré dans un lieu sécuritaire. Il était devant ma porte d'entrée à exactement trois pas du trottoir. C'est sécuritaire ça? Heureusement, mon voisin a vu le paquet et l'a rentré chez lui.

Smidig montering och riktigt bra kvalite!

Bin sehr zufrieden, könnt die boxio wasch zwar noch nicht im Urlaub testen aber Habe natürlich neugierig wie ich bin so schön ein wenig herumprobiert, schließlich will man im Urlaub ja wissen was man tun muss 😉 Erstmal zur Box selbst, sie macht einen sehr robusten Eindruck, der Zusammenbau war einfach und logisch. Sollte seinen Zweck, also Zähne putzen, Geschirr abwaschen und sich mit der Dusche kurz erfrischen problemlos erfüllen, natürlich darf man Gerade bei der Dusche keinen Strahl wie im heimischen Bad erwarten, aber da man ja im Camper eher minimalistisch lebt ist die boxio wash definitiv ein Upgrade, Gerade wenn man vorher alles mit pet Flaschen geregelt hat. Ich bin gespannt wie sie sich im täglichen Gebrauch im nächsten Urlaub macht, Habe aber angesichts der Verarbeitung keinerlei Sorgen.
