I'm using a 2nd generation Fire TV stick. The item came well packaged and no signs of damage. The remote clearly had power from the batteries, however I could not get my Fire TV stick to detect the remote. I tried all of the trouble shooting instructions but it simply would not work and I have returned the item.

This remote was perfect. Easy to set up. All buttons functioned as intended. Just over a month later and it started developing a battery drain issue. Brand new batteries, fresh out of un unopened pack of energizer, only lasted two weeks. The firestick is in the kitchen and gets light use during times of cooking. When not in use, the firestick is switched off at the wall. Shame, because it was really good to start with. Not sure why it's doing this.UPDATE: Batteries now only last a week. We don't even use the voice commands. I've decided to return this for a refund.

We have a Vizio surround sound system we got from Costco years ago. Our puppy chewed the controller to shreds the day after we got her.Had been using the app to control it until our wifi was replaced, so I ordered the controller, not knowing if it would work with our particular model, but boom, batteries in and worked like a charm.

Habe die Fernbedienung für Echo Show 15 Fire TV im Einsatz. Wurde sofort erkannt und funktioniert soweit sehr gut. Lediglich die Spracheingabe über die Bedienung klappt nicht. Weiß aber nicht wieso. Dennoch eine gute Bedienung für den Echo Show.
