Paris Corner DECEMBER VANILLE EDP 2.8 Fl Oz Unisex Long Lasting Scent Fragrance Perfumes

Like I do with all Paris Corner fragrances, I let this little one macerate for about a month. This process really allows the fragrance to fully develop. I wanted to order it in advance or the winter so that it would be ready. Testing it today it has really turned into such a beautiful layered and complex scent. The florals and spice keep the rum and vanilla balanced so they are not coming off too sweet. I can smell the crème brûlée, but it takes a bit of a backseat. I do get a bit of leather as it dries to the middle notes and the spices stay prominent. I am not the biggest fan of leather in scents but this is done well. As it evolves to the base notes it does start to soften. Absolutely love this unique vanilla scent where the vanilla doesn’t take over with a sugary blast. Long lasting! I can’t wait to wear this in the colder weather!

This perfume has become an absolute favorite, I love it so much. This is NOT a COOKIE vanilla, it’s not for the girlies it’s for the Queens. Has heavy sillage for at least 5 hours. On a side note, you may not always smell this in yourself but others will.This fragrance needs time to Macerate, when first received only one note can be smelled most likely the Oud but once air is allowed to get to it you can appreciate all of the notes. The Rum is really the star of the show. It’s wonderful. Well done Paris Corner.

I think I absolutely hate this fragrance. It is not a gourmand fragrance at all, but it has a strong opening of rum. Later it dries down to a woody and oudy mess. I would not suggest to blind buy unless you are a oud or patchouli fan.

Smells like Kayali Vanilla to me! I really love it. It is a cold weather scent, very cozy and comforting. This is not a light, sugary, frosting vanilla.

I’m giving it a four out of five, because the bottle is magnificent, and it’s a decent quantity of perfume. Not a tiny little bottle .The smell is the only reason I’m not giving it a five, because it does not have any vanilla notes only pachouli very strong / I plan to layer my scent .GraceHope this helps.

This is me in a bottle! She's bold, sophisticated and will definitely be noticed. I'd say if you enjoy spicy scents with oud and boozeyness to them go for it! Very similar to the original kayali scent and was looking for a more affordable version because I knew I wouldn't reach for this as an everyday scent. I love the mix of notes in this makes it complex yet intriguing.

Now that I think about it...this fragrance is the exact story of a harsh nights journey to the club...This fragrance starts out all sweet and VANILLA when you're at home getting dressed up and looking great...thinking about all the fun you're going to have that night.Then you get to the club and the drinks start pouring and everything smells like RUM...your head is spinning and you can't remember how you got there.Next you know...you're wasted and can barely walk and they throw you in an old NYC cab that smells like old dusty LEATHER and the sickening AMBER of a thousand funky buttcracks that have been on those seats.Then as the cab gets to your address you pay them and sloppily stumble out only to trip and fall into dog poop on the NYC sidewalk!! The funk that wafts up from your hand to your nose smells of fecal OUD and makes you gag.As you try to smear the poop off your hand onto the pavement and grass you have nothing but regerts from a night that ended horribly...but started out so well..."December Vanilla" IS this horrid experience (to me) and exemplifies "a night gone wrong" within it's "scent gone wrong" fragrance development.You believe that everything is going to be wonderfully gourmand and sweet when you first put it on...but it develops into a fecal Oudy nightmare as you wear it.Heinous...

Gorgeous fragrance, especially if you like deep, well blended, and interesting scents. It smells similar to Kayali Sugared Patchouli but lasting power and projection after and hour isn't great. If those two things weren't a factor I would always have this in my extensive collection but as it is I value longevity and projection as much as the actual fragrance.
