These walkie talkies were perfect for our camping trip! Great range, clear sound, and super fun for the kids. Kept us connected without cell service—definitely bringing them on every adventure!

Works well, picked up to stay in contact with my son on our property afterhaving a big surgery.

They only work about a mile apart. Sound quality fades after that. They are compact. Quick charging.

We used it alot then our home caught fire....and it's not usable now

One of my chargers has the wiggling issue others have mentioned, and it's a major annoyance. So, I have to take a bit off for that. Also, any encoding has to be done via the app, or at least it seems that way, because there's nothing on the radios to encrypt like the product claims it can. Not a major issue, but it's worth noting.Other than that, I'm getting about 2.5 miles in a developed area with plenty of buildings, elevation changes, and interference sources. That's more than enough for me, and I'm happy with that range. Just a couple spots get a bit finicky in my local area. Most of the area, the signal is strong and clear.The radios themselves feel well-built and durable. I like the included accessories, although I don't need them at this time.The USB-charging is extremely welcome. Whether you're charging via laptop, powerbank, or anything else, it's just a lot more convenient than needing a plug or having to swap out batteries, and it makes these extremely flexible options. Most in this price range don't seem to have that.I could give it a 4, or even a 5, if not for one of the chargers being messed up. The extra programmable features not being accessible from the unit itself isn't an issue for me at all, really. It's just a shame I'm stuck sharing one charger between the two of them or wrestling with the crumby one for five minutes to try to get it to work.

I work in a medical office and we bought these radios to keep in contact with one another. Our office isn't huge, but it is separated out quite a bit and sometimes yelling to the back isn't a "customer friendly" experience, so we radio back and forth when we have a call for the nurse line, a patient needs something, or just keeping in touch in general. No one watched the Google chat and we can't always hear when someone yells something out. The ear pieces are comfortable to wear for longer hours and the batteries stay charged for 8+ hours we use them for. The range may not be great, I'd say they start to get spotty around the 50-75 yard range, but for our little office and the price we paid for them, they are perfect!

These were a gift for my 7 year old who very badly wanted realistic looking radios. These were perfect. They look great! He loved the earpieces. They worked really well all the way down the block and the sound came across very clearly. They were strong and were able to withstand the drops that occurred throughout playing. They kept him busy for many hours. This was a great purchase. It would probably be perfect for adults to use as well but I think having successful use by younger boys is even more telling about their quality and easiness to use.
