Worth every penny and a REAL TIME SAVER!
This is a fiddly device: it takes a little practice, but you quickly catch on to how to use it.I bought this last year, and used it periodically throughout last summer's season. I used it on indeterminate tomatoes, tall peppers to fasten them to a stretched string line, raspberry vines to attach them to a fence, and grapes to fasten them to a stretched cable support. They work GREAT! With a little practice, you can vary the tightness of the final attachment, so that it doesn't strangle a growing vine. This season, almost a year later, they have deteriorated into an easy to pull off ribbon, so it makes clean up a LOT easier!I also successfully used it to attach lightweight bird netting to a supporting cable, to protect grapes and raspberries from bird predation. This worked much better than expected, held up for over a year, and tear down for repositioning the net will be easy with the weakened ties.My only worry- unsubstantiated at this point- is having ongoing availability to staples and tie ribbon that fit this tool. I'm not sure I want to stock up, due to potential deterioration of the ribbon; but I believe UV rays are what made them deteriorate outside, so when I get a chance, I'll order more to stock just in case. This made tying so easy that I bought a second tool for my Father. It makes it SO easy- hold and position your plant with one hand- and make the co.plete tie- stretching, stapling, and cutting- with the other. This is one of the best gardening tools I've purchased so far- a real time saver, not much overhead, reasonably priced supplies, and I can use it in a way that meets many different use cases.I highly recommend this product!!

Time Saver
I bought this last year and used it all season. It works great, is built well, and worth the investment. We have a large market garden with hundreds of plants. This made tying the plants to the trellis fence panels a breeze.

Fast and easy
This product is great! I read the reviews before I purchased and was a little skeptical. I'm glad I took the time to read the updates because it explained how to use it. It's easy to use and gentle on plants plus you get lots of extra staples and tire ribbon. Definitely worth the money. If an instruction manual was included, this product would get 5 stars all around

The Superhero of Plant Tying—Fast, Fun, and Surprisingly Addictive!
The Suca Plant Tying Machine is the gadget I never knew I needed until I started using it. Now, I’m tying up vines faster than a cowboy at a rodeo. This tool is lightweight, easy to handle, and honestly makes plant care feel like a speed competition (which I always win, by the way). The tape feeds smoothly, and with a quick squeeze, bam!—your plant is neatly tied up and ready to grow like it’s auditioning for the garden Olympics. It’s so efficient, I caught myself looking for excuses to tie up other things in the yard. (Fence sagging? Why not!)If you’re managing a jungle of vines, tomatoes, or anything else that needs support, this tool will save you hours of frustration. It’s not just a plant tie tool; it’s a garden game-changer. Tie responsibly—your plants (and your neighbors) will thank you!

Great for tomatoes!
Wonderful for tomatoes! Don’t use the red tape if you are using on tomatoes.. otherwise you will be fooled into thinking you have ripe tomatoes!

Not What Was Expected!
I grow about 40 tomato plants each year and I tie them to a 1x2 wooden post. I usually use yarn to tie them to the post, but since I broke my right arm, I am limited in my ability to tie. I ordered this product for my husband to use. Use must remember to "cock it" before you put your tomato limbs in place. It does a nice job if you have a skinny plant, but my tomatoes are healthy and have rather large stems. So if you add the width of the stem and the 1x2 post, most of the time the tie does not fit around and falls to the ground, This is a great idea, but better used on skinny plants and small posts. Otherwise, you waste a lot of tape. I wish it would auto-cock. Maybe I was expecting too much.
