Great Product
These fisheye cameras are great. I have several but this is the one I use to keep an eye on my boarding dogs overnight. The camera covers the whole area of the room and the clarity is great. The app is pretty efficient as well once you get it all set up. Be aware though that they do require POE and, if you're retrofitting them there will be wires running all the way to your router! We had them wired in to our new extension inside the walls and ceiling so they look pretty innocuous. If you mount them on the wall, the view takes a bit of getting used to but again, they cover a huge area. I'm pretty pleased with the reolink range altogether, we also have the normal cameras and the reolink box with about 16 of them plugged into it and so far no issues.

Impressive.
I am thoroughly impressed with the camera. It has exceeded my initial expectations and has proven to be a valuable asset. The camera is available in two versions: the Wi-Fi version and the Power over Ethernet (PoE) version. I have found the PoE version to better suit my needs as it provides a more stable and reliable connection. Despite the camera not being recommended for outdoor use, I have installed it in my garage, where it is well protected from harsh weather conditions. The camera's performance has been exceptional, providing complete coverage and imagery of my entire garage. I can easily monitor my car when I'm away, knowing that it is under constant surveillance.Everything needed to get the camera up and running is included in the box. The camera comes equipped with a CMOS sensor, an f/1.98 millimetre lens, and an f/2.0 camera lens. Its field of view is 180 degrees horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, providing a panoramic view of 360 degrees. The default video resolution is 2560 x 2560, 6.5 megapixels at 25 frames per second. At night, the infrared night vision allows you to see up to 8 meters or 26 feet away. Additionally, the camera supports two-way talk, which is a great feature for deterring intruders. In the app, you have two options for displaying images: expansion and fisheye. You can only select one of these options at a time. The fisheye layout is preferable, as it is a 3D interactive spherical shape. When you go to the camera's live view, you will see several options available, which are common to all Real Link cameras. However, the fisheye camera has two main options: 3D modes and mounting options.Under 3D modes, you can choose between the spherical fisheye view, the dual panoramic view, the quad view, or the cylindrical view. The quad view splits the camera's view into four different viewing points, where each viewing point is interactive. You can use the 3D tool to adjust each section to exactly where you want to view it, allowing you to focus on four different focal points with the ability to zoom in and out and interact with them as desired. This is a fantastic feature because one camera gives you four different focal points to work with. The camera comes with infrared LEDs that allow it to detect human movement up to 26ft. This feature offers a dependable and efficient way to protect my garage during the night. What’s even better is that I can set it to record human motion and receive alerts via email or push notifications whenever intruders enter the monitoring area. You can then open up the app and act accordingly. You can handle both the network and power for the camera by using a single Ethernet cable. Simply connect an inexpensive Ethernet cable directly to the router from the camera, without needing to locate a power source nearby. You have two storage options to choose from. You can either use a Reolink NVR, which comes with a 2TB HDD, ensuring that you can retain old footage without it being overwritten. Alternatively, you can save recordings directly to a MicroSD card that supports up to 256 GB. I would highly recommend the NVR though as you can connect it to a display or tv and have an abundance of memory to go back through. with 2TB you can go back through recordings that are almost 6 months old depending on what you set your recording to.The camera’s motion detection and alarm system work well, and I receive alarms reliably on my phone. However, the Reolink camera has a recurring issue when switching to IR mode for night vision. In that mode, the camera frequently triggers false alarms due to it incorrectly sensing movement. This issue appears to be a software problem and has persisted since I first started using a Reolink camera. Hopefully, over time this will get fixed.overall, the camera is an affordable solution that can provide you with peace of mind in your home or business. Its installation is relatively easy and requires only one ethernet cable for operation. Compared to other affordable 360-degree cameras, this camera is more versatile and packed with many more features. Its ability to adjust the viewing mode and provide multiple perspectives helps in identifying aspects of footage that other security cameras may miss.Highly recommend. Hope this review helps someone out.

Day time great camera amazing quality and good view worked well sadly when it got to night time the IR quality is very very poor it was only able to light about 30 to 40 cm from the camera everything further front the camera in the room was not able to be see , placed my old camera back and I could see the whole room shame it had loads of potential but fail badly on the IR

One big isThey sue
Most ceiling mounted devices, such as wireless access points, have a socket in the back which you plug an ethernet cable into. There is nothing that comes from the device which needs to be hidden in the ceiling. However this device has a cable attached to it which is about one foot long, and although this may not be an issue with a plasterboard ceiling where you can make a big enough hole to push it through, there are many circumstances where there won't be anywhere to put this cable.Furthermore none of the images of this device show this cable hanging out the back of it - in fact the 360 deg image of it shows nothing at all coming out of it. It is as if Reolink want to hide the fact there is a cable. Why could it not take the same form factor as other devices like it? It is quite small, but it could easily have been made just slightly bigger if that it what it would have taken to have an RJ45 socket installed into it.I have had to send the one I purchased back as I had no idea it would have this bulky cable hanging out the back. It is just not useable where I want to put it, replacing an existing wireless access point which just has an ethernet cable coming out of the ceiling.
