Great product and great customer service
There was a little labeling issue with the product I received. I contacted True Composites and a gentleman by the name Mike helped me. He went out of his way to solve the issue to my complete satisfaction.. So, their customer service is outstanding. The product does exactly what is supposed to do. I got the 2 pound version and I couldn't be happier with the results. It expands as it is supposed to and the final foam is very hard. I will definitely buy this product again. Thank you

Good over all
Pretty good stuff but it’s delicate and if not mixed 100 percent , you get either sticky mush or crumbly mess. When it cures properly it’s decent but can be broken or torn easily. It also has a very weird set up time, it never gets to a point where it’s workable. It’s essentially super wAtery or hard there’s no semi tacky time. Also messing with it during set up time causes it to collapse. I would only use this to fill something that it will settle into.

USE SPARINGLY!!!
So I used this to make a seat insert for my race car.I did not know how much to use... so I used the entire thing. I poured it into a trash bag and sat in the seat. The foam expanded so much that it pushed me out of the race car... foam got on me.. the car.. the seat... the steering wheel. USE SPARINGLY!!!!! Foam works very well. Hardens nicely and you can add layers. If I had read the instructions, this would have been much easier. I had to order more foam since I wasted the entire first batch. I recommend actually reading the instructions.

Does Not Work
Temperature was between 78 and 82 degrees F. Carefully measured equal parts by volume and mixed thoroughly for 30 seconds as directions indicate and then poured. No reaction at all and now I have a sticky mess in a hard to reach spot in the bilge of my boat. Tried a second smaller batch as a test in a cup and mixed longer. Same results no reaction. The jars were labeled part A and part B but they were both the same color and consistency while the image in the listing clearly shows part B is a lighter color. Not sure if its a packaging/label mix up or just a seriously sub-par product but I will be returning and looking elsewhere to finish my project.

Awesome
I'm not sure what the other reviewers problems were with this product. I mixed exactly as directed (1:1 ratio), mixed for 20-30 seconds and poured in place. Product skin hardened within minutes, hardened to touch within 10 minutes, and was set within 60 minutes. All at ambient temps around 60 - 65 degrees. A suggestion is to mix a small amount at a time, pour in place and allow to expand, then repeat as needed to fill area. Once this begins to expand it goes fast and cannot be manipulated in the cavity or area being filled.

Poor Quality Control and Low Expansion
I ordered this foam to fill a copper step for our soaking tub. The step wasn't quit strong enough to hold the weight of a person weighing over 100 lb, so it needed reinforcement, and pour foam is a very good candidate for this. The volume of the step interior is about 1.4 cubic feet, and this foam was advertised as filling two cubic feet. The first package of foam I received was a total failure. I mixed it according to directions (the entire two quarts), at a temperature of 80F, and I mixed and mixed and mixed and... I got zero foaming action. From the appearance of the materials, both parts A and B were dark amber (like dark maple syrup), but in pictures, and having seen other foam systems, the part B activator is always a significantly lighter amber color than the part A.Amazon was kind enough to replace the product as defective, and so I have tried again. This time, the two parts were definitely different. Part A being dark amber, and Part B being light amber. So, with another try at mixing, this time at 82F, I did get foaming, but it was far slower than I expected. Instead of being ready to pour in 45 seconds, I didn't get foaming to start until about 2 minutes. It then slowly rose, but ultimately filled only perhaps one cubic foot. Not enough to fill my copper step. So, I'll be buying some more foam, but it certainly won't be this product from True Composites.

Roughly 12x Expansion by Volume
First test with this was 20ml (10ml A + 10ml B) at 68 degrees. This resulted in a nice dense foam that slightly overfilled an 8oz (237ml) plastic food container. No release agent was used and it easily popped out eight hours later. After another 48 hours, the foam was dropped back into the food container mold and there was an almost imperceptible amount of shrinkage.

Poor foam
I've used a lot of pour foam, and I have to say, this latest "buy" has been amongst the poorest performing ...It did expand; somewhat. The foam was heated to over 80 degrees in warm weather... So, at least it solidified and isn't off gassing...I suspect this foam was old....
