Comfortable to wear under clothes, not too thick, or by itself. I haven’t done cardio in it yet but I have used it to warm up after a cold plunge and it does help to increase temperature. Nice product.

I bought a sauna suit to enhance my workout routine and increase my sweat production to lose weight. I'm happy to report that the suit exceeded my expectations and was very effective in producing sweat. The suit fits true to size and is quite stretchy, so I recommend buying your usual size or sizing down.

This is a great sauna suit! It’s definitely “sexy,” so if that’s your vibe, absolutely get it—your waist will look snatched. I like to use it at home so I can sweat more during low-impact workouts. I honestly feel like a superwoman each time I wear it.It’s a little bit restricting, especially with up and down arm movements, so get a bigger size if you can, or go for a sauna sweatshirt/pant set. The sweat WILL slip out of the arm and leg holes and drench your shoes and hands. (This posed a bit of an issue when I was doing dumbbell workouts. The poor dumbbells kept slipping out of my grip) You’ll want some sort of wrist and ankle bands to soak up the sweat.This suit will definitely increase the intensity of a workout, which is a GREAT plus. As with any sauna suit, be very careful using it during cardio or HIIT as that can pose a risk of increasing your heart rate beyond safety levels.

I am 5'5" and 185lbs. I ordered an XL. It is true to size. Yes it does feel like it will be too tight when you are putting it on but once you get it on, it fits like a gloveThis is by far the best product I have ever ordered. It does the trick and causes you to sweat!!

Got a size up and its fits. Nicely! Actually really comfortable for a sauna suit. My only stride is getting out of the arms after a workout lol. Definitely recommended

I love the material, is very solid. I thought at first that it will not fit, since the material seems to not stretch. It actually fitted well, and I believe it can fit a bigger size. I definitely recommend.
