Can additional letters be purchased?

Dear Customer, this 27pcs wooden alphabet train toy is made up of a complete set of 26 letter trains and a train engine, with no additional letters can be purchased.

Received train with missing letter L. How can I get a replacement?

I would go back to the maker of the product. Usually in small print on the back of the box. Another might be to google the train set and find an address to contact the supplier.

Why do you not offer a box for the number set?

Good question. I think they are made by different companies.
