Great, but will need adjustment
These are great pillow protectors- soft, well made, and look better underneath my satin pillowcases than the actual pillow cover, which has much more texture. One thing to keep in mind: the protectors are a snug fit for the Coop pillow, which results in increased firmness. I had reached exactly the firmness I like before I put on the protector, so I plan to remove some foam bits to (hopefully) get back to that sweet spot.

Great cover
I needed a new cover for my body pillow and this fits it perfectly. It's soft it doesn't catch on my ring. Material is made well and put together well. The zipper could be a little longer, but that's OK. It's working. No odor to speak of because I watch everything that comes in the house anyway. Thank you.

These pillow covers are quality; I have six of them
My boyfriend purchased two of the queen-sized pillows with the pillowcases for me for Christmas. I loved them so much that I decided to purchase this king pillowcase with the associated pillow when they had a lightning deal. The pillowcases (or protective pillow covers) are great. They are extremely well made, make the pillows feel even better, and are protective. I have four cases for my two queen Coop pillows and two cases for my one king Coop pillow. I use the cover as the pillowcase but it can be used as a protector under a regular pillowcase if desired. This is the highest quality pillow protector I have ever purchased.

Used extra fill from my full sized Coop pillow to fill this toddler pillow form
I have Coop pillows and to be honest, didn't love them at first, Until I finally realized they just had waaayyy too much fill in them for my taste. I ended up taking out 50-60% of the fill and now we love them. So, now I have this giant bag of extra fill.As my grandson approached his 2nd birthday, I noticed he liked my pillow. He doesn't have one at home. I thought that would be a good gift and then discovered Coop has this cover available without any fill. As I have lots of fill, this is perfect. I love that it's waterproof. It appears very sturdy- more so than my adult pillow covers which need to be replaced soon. I've ordered poly/cotton zippered pillow covers for them. I tried ordering toddler printed pillowcases in the corresponding size and they were much too small for some reason even though the pillow is loosely filled. However, it does measure quite a bit more in size now. Funny that the zippered covers fit fine. So, I guess my point is, it would be nice if Coop sold cute pillowcases to go with these. So the pros are, it's very thick and sturdy and I'm sure will hold up well. If you have fill leftover from Coop pillows like we did, it's a good way to use it up and adjust the firmness to your liking and makes this a very budget friendly high end choice. I like that it's waterproof for a toddler but it doesn't have a plastic feel. There wasn't any smell to it.The cons are, that I feel like it should have a pillow protector on it (my opinion) and that adds to the cost, and I'm finding it difficult to find a cute toddler print case. I'll probably settle for a solid color or tailoring a standard size pillow case to fit myself.

The zipper broke off after 2nd wash (updated)
This is one of the best body pillow cases I've ever used... BUT the zipper is in the worst position I have ever seen. Why couldn't it just be a simple zipper at one of the ends of the case? Plus, it was so cheap and flimsy it broke off after the 2nd wash. So I guess I'm just going no zipper from here on out! Because, the material they used is still my favorite so far.May, 162025EDIT: Customer service contacted me and were very polite & courteous. They sent me a 2nd body pillowcase for free and offered to refund me if it happens again. I am adding +1 Star to my review for the company going out of their way to make it right.

This is definitely not your average pillow protector!
You have to see and feel this pillow protector to understand just how good it is (photos and videos just don't do it justice). It looks and feels like some sort of fancy premium luxury pillow case, but it's a zippered pillow protector! I always thought pillow protectors were just a simple white cotton zippered pillow case in order to add another layer in addition to the pillow case, but this pillow protector from COOP Home Goods completely blows me away. I just kept going, "Omg, are you kidding me? This is just a pillow protector?! Wow!"The only negative is, the zippered opening is too small. When I tried to put my brand new COOP pillow into it (I have the pillow that has approximately 15,000 reviews), it was very difficult. This was before I removed any of the filling for customization though, which I still needed to do. I finally got around to doing that and I probably removed about 1/3rd of the filling because I'm mostly a stomach sleeper, so I'm sure the pillow protector will be much easier to put on the next time I remove it, but I'm not going to remove it until I have to wash it because I don't want to be stuck trying to put it back on again! That's how annoying it was to put on. I'm keeping it though because I'm hoping it will mean I'll never have to wash the pillowcase or especially the pillow! That'd be awesome. I recently upgraded from a MyPillow Premium and I hated washing it (it was always a mini project, so I am hoping to be completely done with that).I contacted COOP about the small opening and they said, "We do have plans to change the zipper placement on our pillow protectors, however, production has not started and we do not have a firm date to provide you with at this time." They also reminded me that the pillow can be "bent and manipulated" (their words) into the pillow protector. See next paragraph though to understand why I didn't want to handle the pillow too much, otherwise I would've just done that instinctively. There is one more negative aspect that's worth mentioning, but it's due to a personal issue (there's nothing COOP can do about it). I have rough dry skin on my hands, and the material (40% Bamboo-derived Viscose Rayon, 60% Polyester) is rather 'catchy' on my hands. If you have rough dry skin and if you've ever tried to handle something made out of silk, you know what I'm talking about; you can't enjoy the silky smooth texture. This isn't anywhere near as bad as silk, but it's just bad enough that it's worth mentioning. I think it's due to the Bamboo-derived Viscose Rayon. The pillows are the same way for me due to the pillow case. That's probably what made the pillow case so difficult to put on because I was trying to be very careful not to get my skin flakes all over everything from just "manhandling" it, which is what I should've done and then just vacuumed it clean. heh I won't use lotion though because I don't like the idea of getting lotion on everything I touch every day, and it makes my hands sweat much easier - especially in the summer. So, I prefer to just deal with clean but rough dry hands.I guess another negative thing could be that it's not possible to just buy 1 pillow protector. These are 2-packs. I only needed 1 pillow protector and I only wanted 1. I would've gladly paid $15 for just 1.So anyway, beyond that, these pillow protectors truly have that "wow!" factor. They're exactly as advertised and more (because some things are only possible to know about by experiencing them for yourself).
