Finally, a great quality washable rug with good weight, great colors and a decent non-slip backing
I purchased washable rugs from a brick and mortar store about 10 years ago, and they are the best rugs I've ever had, so when I needed another set of washable rugs for a new house, I searched far and wide for something similar. I literally bought 4 others online, including a quite pricey Ruggable with the full velcro pad/back, and NOTHING came close to my two other favorites, until if found THIS rug. FINALLY!It is a good weight: Not too thick, but not thin, either. This rug has a really reasonable rubber backing that grips well. The fiber weave is tight and of good weight and quality, and so is the binding. I have it on vinyl plank flooring, and if you know that type of floor, it can be slippery for rugs (and dog paws). My 38 lb. Husky can do a u-turn on it when doing zoomies and not wipe out with the carpet sliding under her, like other ones we tried. It looks fabulous, especially for the price; quite rich and high quality. It's soft, and the colors are deep and saturated. They are true to the image online, unlike others I've received from other brands. The green is truly a beautiful dark and mossy green, and the red is a deep brick with warm undertones. There is a bit of a turquoise type color mixed in, it adds a beautiful bit of depth to the moss green and dark browns/greys/blacks that are also present. It took one full day for the folds in the fabric to flatted out, which was quick given the thickness. I absolutely love this rug. And the dog loves it, too. XDThe only thing I haven't tested yet is how well it holds up in the wash. I don't see it being an issue, as long as I follow instructions, but I'll update this review in the future once i know for sure.Personally, I wish they had more designs in traditional oriental type patterns with similar and classic color palates. I know I'd buy more for some of my other rooms. :)

Great kitchen rug!
Beautiful rug fits perfectly in my kitchen. Like that it doesnt slide around and that it is washable.

Beautiful Rug!
This rug was purchased because it is machine washable. I do hope it is, but I was dismayed to learn that an agitator washer is not recommended because of the edging. My elderly agitator machine may destroy it. The rug is not thick, but it does the trick for a place for my two dogs to sit to avoid the cold tile in our house :). The colors are lovely and it is, for the most part, non-skid. I recommend this rug for its beauty and apparent quality, but be warned that it is not a thick rug and not suitable for washing in all washers.

Excellent quality
This is my second rug by this manufacturer and I am very pleased with this product. My first rug is still in use (over 2 years old) and we have bamboo floors with high traffic and pets. It washes well, the colors are beautiful and it lays flat perfectly. Highly recommend this rug.

Very practical for kitchen area. Thinking of buying more for my bedroom.
Attractive for kitchen. I have a tile floor with a lot of grout that gets very dirty and needs steam cleaning and quite a bit of elbow grease. The rug keeps the tile from getting dirty. Very washable. I washed mine at a laundromat, and also used their dryer on medium setting and it came out very clean and perfect. I had no patience to air dry it flat. Just take it out of the dryer as soon as the cycle ends. I did dry it for about 60 mins to be sure it was completely dry.

Very cheaply printed pattern, very very thin
This is the first time I’ve purchased a “washable” rug so I was a bit wary from the beginning, but saw this vibrant red pattern and fell in love. The price tag was double that of many of the others I was looking at, so I figured this must be a quality rug, and the other reviewers seemed to be pretty happy with it so i pulled the trigger. I purchased the 9’x12’ size.1. The pattern on this rug is soooo cheaply printed, the colors are muddled together and the entire rug has these little squiggly color differentiations that on this thin woven rug just look like a bad Van Gogh reproduction. Very obviously cheep looking, even from afar when you first enter the room.2. Low pile basically means no pile. This rug is a woven style rug, which ends up being insanely thin, about 1/8” at the most. The bottom does seem to be relatively sticky, though on such a large rug it might prove more stable than a smaller lighter sized rug.3. The edging is very cheep and silvery, which is quite high contrast to the rest of the deep rich colors of the rug. It’s stands out and looks really bad, and had multiple areas where it was coming undone around the edge.4. The woven pattern is so thin that there are multiple areas of white thread lines that stick out against the pattern. One star is given because this is indeed a floor covering, thought rug is a bit of an overstatement, because it might be non-skidding, and because the colors are actually quite beautiful and vibrant. It’s too bad the printing is so horrible and cheep and squiggly. If you were purchasing this rug in a smaller size and planning on mostly hiding it under furniture and don’t care that it provides zero cushion, then you might enjoy this floor covering. For a living room it’s absolutely a no go.I double checked the other reviews since getting our rug, and despite others not giving horrible reviews, some of the pictures of other style rugs also seem to have the same cheaply printed pattern and squiggly lines, so I know my rug isn’t a one off. Maybe those folks were just a little less picky, but for almost 300$ this is absolutely not worth it. Will be returning.

Slips around with each step
Pros: the colors are quite beautiful, low pile is easy to clean... cons: I have vinyl wood flooring, and although it claims to be nonslip, I have found that it slips with every localized step I take, feels like I have to catch my balance often, and it's not the softest rug. The colors are beautiful and rich. Maybe some rug tape or maybe a rug pad underneath will help it out. I did spot some loose threading and I just cut it off, but hopefully it doesn't come undone over time. Overall, while it is pretty, it doesn't function as the description stated, and isn't as soft as most other rugs. I don't think it should be priced as high as it is. Higher prices lead to higher expectations in quality.
