has a nice scent and feels nice when applied. no visible brightening effect. doesn't disclose the concentration of vitamin c in the serum.

Found it at TJ Maxx in the skincare section for less than $10! I checked these reviews to see the benefits and totally agree. Smells delightful and saw immediate pore minimizing! I look forward to see results

This Vita C+ serum set from Holika Holika has a yummy fruity smell to it that is very light. This serum absorbs very quickly and features a lot of citrus fruit extracts, vitamin C, niacinamide, and biotin to help the skin turnover rate and give a healthy glow to your skin. I highly recommend wearing sunscreen with this as it contains vitamin C.Additionally, because this contains vitamin C and citrus fruit extracts (Kiwi in particular), do NOT use this with other actives. That means no retinoids, no AHA/BHA/PHA and NO glycolic acid. If you do use these together, you will get nasty chemical burns all over your face and have a very bad time.This special set includes serum application pads, the 45ml size serum, and a bonus 23ml size mini serum which is an amazing value. I highly recommend this set over the normal one because it has the bonus serum. This does give a very nice glow and leaves my skin very supple and smooth when using so I like it a lot.

This serum is a great deal for the price point! I love vitamin C serums and this one really brightens the skin and makes it soft. Another great feature is that it smells nice which is a big plus to me. I don't like any skincare near my nose that smells bad!
