Very good item, the equipment inside it is more then enough. The waist strap did break off at the end and I only wore it less then a week so I had to sew it back but other then that it's pretty good.

I worked as a lifeguard this past summer and this first aid kit saved me many times! The only thing I’d recommend is for people to stock up on extra regular sized bandages because there aren’t so many in the kit.
