Bought this assortment to have around the shop to use in place of worm-style hose clamps in semi-permanent to permanent applications. First hose I made was an oil drain for my forklift bypass filter and it worked great. No leaks and nice clean installation. No complaints.

We have a farm and are always in need of this kind of product. I was not familiar with this style when I ordered them so I didn’t have a specific use for them. I was thinking of small tubing in the high tunnel or fuel lines on the tractors, or whatever. They seem like they will work for any of those applications as long as the diameter is correct so that is why I opted for assorted sizes. I saw Laura from You tube, Garden Answer using something like this on her waterlines and that was our first thought. We had looked at local hardware stores and no one could locate them. I thought with these being stainless they won’t rust, meaning less maintenance. The only down side is that it doesn’t come with the tool but we have lots of tool boxes full of tools so I am sure we will be fine once e do use them.

Full disclosure: these do not come with the crimping tool, but if you already have one (as I do) this is a great assortment of clamps. They are not nearly as bulky as the type with the screw on top and there's no annoying flap that sticks up after you get them tight. They are made with quality metal and feel heavy for their size. The storage box is pretty sturdy, stays closed so far and the lid is clearly marked with the sizes.

The media could not be loaded.  These type clamps can be used on all types of rubber, plastic, etc hoses/tubing. They can even be used on PEX tubing. However, the proper cinch crimping tool is required but is NOT Included! We have lots of equipment and a hose repair is never far away.These are made of 304 stainless steel (not as rust resistant as 316 stainless…but stronger). The assortment package is great. Even though they are measured in mm/millimeter sizes, they can easily be used on standard US fractional sized hoses…just find the one that fits. Inside the lid is a diagram showing each size and location. Each size includes the metric and US/Inch measurements. Please note the US sizes are in 10ths of an inch.I found that these cinch clamps worked well and provided a positive and permanent clamping force. You can use these Oetiker clamps on any hose you don't ordinarily remove, like a transmission hose to tube union. These are fully up to standards for automotive and household use. You need special pliers in order to close the clamp. These are much better than worm clamps as they tighten the full circumference without cutting into the hose. A pack like this is a good value.
