3 Seater Recliner Sofa Reclining Loveseat with Console Power Reclining Sofa with Heat and Massage, Cup Holders, USB & Type-C Charge Ports for Living Room (Grey)

Bought this for my elderly parents and assembled for them. They enjoy having a nice cozy loveseat that is power for ease, without having to use their muscles to lower. They live in assisted living, small apartment, and fits perfectly. The massage feature is ok, the heat is great.Assembly:Arrived in 3 boxes and I was able to put them all on a standard warehouse cart and bring to their room. The only thing that confused me were the backs, I had assembled.them wrong so I had to switch out. But a minor delay. I was able to put together and move around myself, 40 year old female with back issues. Shipped well before promised time as well, a week prior. So that was a huge perk and much appreciated. So far, so good!

At first, I was skeptical because whomever heard of putting together a sofa, right? Well let's just say it is easy to do and having another person helps but not necessarily needed. Your just screwing/tightening like 6 brackets and boom your done.This sofa is so comfortable and I like the way it reclines. The massage/heat is good too. The cup holders is an added bonus and let's not forget the charging ports and pockets to store remotes/ magazines etc. Yes this sofa has all the bells n whistles for a great price! I only had it for a month now and I just hope I can get some years out if it :).

I dislike how hard the back cushions are. They really hurt where I had spine surgery in 2022, but I reallyLike how easy they are to stand up from, the center console for the tv remotes, and the heat and massage.

We bought the couch and loveseat combo, they look great and are comfortable, my wife says they are a little firm but good for the price.Edit: after having this set for a few months the mechanism is bent and can't find anywhere to contact the seller or manufacture!!

So assembly was not easy as some parts were bot perfectly aligned.Any way, once assembled it felt good. After reclining completely i saw a huge gap between the sitting part and the back part. I mean it was a good 10-12 inches gab. Your butt would sink in it and make is uncomfortable. You would need a pillow to overcome that.I don't know if it’s my product or all the products and people are not seeing it. I hope its only mine. Cz it’s a pain to send it back.I am going to any way.

I am enjoying my recliner and want to that the company for their fast delivery of the item that was missing.

The heat and massage is really nice

Bought on Black Friday, sale price. Saved around $200. Meets my needs. I like the massage and heating functions.Easy to assemble. I was able to complete the assembly by myself in about 2 hours. I have mobility issues; so, I’m pretty sure others will be able to assemble the loveseat more expeditiously,Packaging was great, as was the shipping. All three boxes arrived early. Everything you need is contained in the boxes for assembly. All connections are plug and go, EZ PZ.I suggest you have a dedicated power strip surge protector. You’ll need a plug for the main power supply and one plug for each massage/heating control ( three plugs in all).
