The taste is tolerable. I suppose that's expected. It does not mix well at all. No matter how much I stir, I leave behind a lot of the mix.

Doesn’t matter if you’re a male or female when you’re looking at most pre workouts.If you need a “kick” to get your workout in, this is probably your best bet.It’s efficaciously dosed for either sex and it’s caffeine content is within a respectable range. You’re looking at $40-$60 for a 20-30 Serv pre workout at your local/large chain stores and with this costing significantly less and offering more than a proprietary blend, I’d be choosing this over a “pre workout for men” even.

The flavor is great! I actually water it down more than what it suggests - one scoop to like 20 oz of water + ice!

I like this product. Normally when I order other pre-workout items, the containers are only 1/3 full. This was not one of those items. Tastes good as well

It made me go to bathroom 3-4 times a day. My stomach wasn't hurting but I can't keep food in.
