These gummies might as well be fruit snacks. They taste pretty good, and nice and soft, and have no unpleasant after tastes or side effects. I am not sure how much the plant based sterols really help with cholesterol, but studies do show that they should help to some extent.As mentioned, these gummies have some good flavor (more on the berry side) and have a nice soft texture (more chewy than firm). They have a smooth consistency to them and are not at all gritty (i.e., not like chewing a mouth full of sugar). They are 30 calories because they use cane sugar, but that does help maintain a more natural flavor and not have them too sweet or have any odd added flavors from zero calorie sweeteners.The gummies are in a foil lined, resealable bag that should keep them protected from light and fresh. Gummies tend to try out and get too firm/stale, but I never found these to do that and they stay fresh and soft. I think this is partly to the bag resealing well, but also to the way they are made.

First of all I really appreciate that these do not contain any artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes, I really cannot stand the aftertaste of those bring to any product. These are very tasty, and if they end up being effective, they will be my new favorite way to help with cholesterol. They're soft and easy to chew. I have not had bloodwork re-drawn to know how well they are working, but I am very hopeful and will update if I have any additional info to add after I've gotten my next test done.

I took these until I used up both bags. I haven't seen any change with my cholesterol. Same numbers so far. I am not sure if this is something that requires a more long term use to start seeing results. The taste of these is fine, I don't mind them at all.

Needs less sugar

These cholesterol gummies are an awesome alternative to medications. They don't taste too bad and seem to be quite effective. If you're a little unsure about taking medication these are perfect for you.
