This item came exactly as described. Mine arrived missing the rechargeable battery but helpful customer service quickly sent a replacement. My wife is always cold and this was the perfect gift. True to size and lightweight enough to not feel bulky but the heated inside keeps her warm.

My wife loves the tapered fit. For a person who is cold often the style and fabric allows her to wear it often around the house or when we are doing errands outside. Charges up fast and battery last long time per charge.

The jacket is very nice and true to size. I love the jacket the only thing I have that should be different is that the battery pocket should be in the front and not in the back. Other then that I love the jacket.

I like this jacket and the ability to adjust the heat settings. We live in the Dallas Fort Worth area so this works well for the cooler days / nights when you'd like to have something on without all the bulk of layering. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last more than about 4 hrs. My husband purchased a backup battery but for $70+ it should last all day, instead I have to keep the spare with me for all day warmth.

It stopped working. I originally loved this jacket but now, it will not work at all. It’s very disappointing. I wasn’t hoping not to have to buy a new one in less than a year. SMHSince this review, customer service has gone above and beyond to resolve my issue. They sent a new battery and then a new jacket. Customer service has been amazing!

The jacket heat does not work. I confirmed the battery does work by charging my phone. But the jacket will not heat.I followed the online troubleshooting steps but they did not help.I called Venustas customer service during business hours but after a long wait on hold, I was directed to leave a voicemail message.So I returned this jacket to Amazon.The jacket itself is comfortable and fits well. So it would be great if the heat worked.

This purchase was my first foray into buying a heated jacket as it was reviewed on a travel website and was ranked top in heated fleece jacket. Weather in my area is in the high 40's, low 50's and I found it was only warm enough at the highest setting, the jacket is somewhat bulky and heavy and at the highest setting it lasted 2.5 hours before I had to recharge. I was surprised that the medium and low settings didn't seem to provide much heat. But it does work and its a novel experience to have a heated jacket and I like that.

This product is a soft fleece and very comfortable. You can only slightly feel the heating coils inside but it is not noticeable while wearing. It warms up quickly and the controls are easy to use. The battery is easy to install and the internal pocket for it makes it not noticeable

I am very happy with this coat. It’s fitted and long enough to cover your back when bending or reaching. This coat may fit a little small in the shoulders, it fits but not as loosely as other coats I have in this size.But definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received my new jacket. I fully charged the battery but the jacket won’t turn on. Jacket is a nice material and fits well. Waiting for the seller to contact me.Update: Seller was no help and slow to respond. I will be returning the jacket.
