I recently purchased a smart watch for my child through Amazon. While the product appeared promising in terms of features, I have encountered persistent issues with its functionality, particularly with SIM card compatibility.Initially, I attempted to pair the watch with my mobile device, but it prompted me to insert a SIM card. I inserted a Jio SIM (VoLTE), but the device failed to recognize it. Suspecting that the issue could be related to network compatibility, I went ahead and ported my number to BSNL, which operates on a different network. Unfortunately, even with the BSNL SIM, the watch continued to display the message: “Insert valid SIM card.”Despite multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the device has not worked as expected. It is disappointing, especially since the primary function of the watch—to enable communication—remains inaccessible.I would appreciate it if the seller or manufacturer could provide further clarification regarding supported SIM cards or assist with a resolution.Thank you.Sincerely,Sujith C P

this is classic watch written for kids but we are using because we also kids before .adjustable brightness, voice chat, calling , msg, gps.good price .

It's all wastage of money.. dnt ever buy this product. Amazon send used products. They are cheatersIt's not worth a single star also. It's very poor quality, sim card is not getting detected, there is no registration QR code available. The packing looks like it is used and the watch has already been returned by some other customer.

The Quality of the Product is very cheap, Looking at this I could sense the worst buy on Amazon an adding icing on Cake is Customer Service of Amazon who had no idea what I am talking about and he was just reading the script, It was so unfortunate to see Amazon being part of this kind of Scam, They know the product is pathetic and brings lot of backlash on them but still they decide to go with it no worry about their own image as they are getting money from both side why would they do. The Location accuracy is not varies not by metres by by districts, I calculated the variance it was approx 25 kms that was one more highlight of this product, The product had pictures saved of people that means it was used by many people before sending out to me, And this is not reutrning item, We can figure it out what kind of product you are selling on this platform

Nice watch

Not good. It's not been a year and it's battery got swollen. It's dangerous. I immediately put it away from my kid. I seriously don't recommend it for kids.
