Great handle design! Feels well made, Rack is sturdy too, large and fits perfectly, so it will not slide around in pan. The pan itself does not have non-stick coating, so no worry about scraping toxic chemicals into your gravy.Lastly the stainless steel is thick and the whole thing is heavy and built like a shiny tank.It's great to go from oven to stove top to make gravy.

The size was perfect and the rack helped keep the turkey elevated out of the juices. The handles made it easy to remove from oven with mitts on. Cleanup was simple, just soaked in soapy water. Only concern is rack may lose nonstick eventually. But overall very satisfied with quality and performance.

I was very pleased with the weight of this stainless steel pan and decided to try to roast a small chicken for a first try. The pan itself seems well made and heavy duty but the rack was a bit flimsy and the coating on it was peeling off where it hinged, which to me is not thrilling to see. Size wise it can hold a very big turkey if need be. I had a hard time cleaning the pan so it left a bit of staining on the pretty formerly shiny surface. I was hoping it would clean up better but I know burnt in grease can be tough to get off sometimes. Overall, it's a very nice pan but a bit pricey for the set and the rack should be of better quality.

I really like the size and the weight of this roasting pan. The handles seem to welded in securely, and feel solid.I think the pan will have multiple uses in my kitchen.That said, there are some issues that I need to mention.I don’t know whether it’s a quality control issue, or not enough thought and care is put into original packaging, but my pan arrived with dings and scratches. The replacement was in a very similar condition.When you look at the rack, which has visible scratches, it makes you wonder if it is rust-proof, or whether it will get scratched easily during use.This is not an inexpensive roasting pan, so I would expect a much better quality for the price.

This is not your average turkey roaster! The steel material is much thicker than most that I have seen or used, which should make for a much more even roast I would think. Very easy to clean. Perfect for the holidays!

(note: experimented with a large chicken, but it's the best I can do for now)Love this pan, particularly the rack. You can use the rack in two ways: set on the bottom of the pan, or attached to the sides. Set into the bottom of the pan gives you about an inch of space between the meat and the bottom of the pan, but putting the rack on the sides gives you about two inches, perfect for making a bird on a bed of stuffing. The stainless-steel is easy to clean with a bit of elbow grease (believe it or not, it's not any worse than my previous non-stick roasting pan), and the rack goes right into the dishwasher. Great find!

Love the size, love the rack. The rack has handles that you can leave over the edge of the roasting pan to make it easier to lift out whatever you are cooking. I roasted a large chicken for my first try. I used it on stove to make pan gravy. That marked the inside of the pan so be forewarned. FYI: the pan by itself is the perfect depth for a deep dish lasagna!
