Sleek design. Beautiful scent. I love it!
Elegant sleek design that gives just the right amount of scent. Remote control allows you to set desired amounts. One note about the remote. When I first tried remote it didn't read the diffuser unit. In manual it's a bit confusing as the instructions say to reset remote by pressing the blue 35% button yet there's no colored buttons or % on remote. There is LOW MED HIGH buttons. I finally figured it out to press the MED button down 10 secs while plugging in diffuser and it reset it so remote will work. The manual is confusing and makes you think your remote doesn't work or that you have wrong remote sent. Other than that ... I'm VERY pleased with this product and even ordered another diffuser for bathroom and one for my car. The scent I ordered is MY WAY and it's really beautiful.

Pricey but good performance
I have a few Hotel Collection diffusers and though I've found them to be extremely overpriced, they do work pretty well. When I got this, I had the smaller room diffuser in my living room to greet visitors as they came into my house. People often raved about how nice my house smelled so I was eager to get one that would fill my whole first floor. This much taller unit really does scent the main area of my house well (living room, dining room and kitchen) and I've gotten in the habit of turning this on as soon as I go down to make my morning coffee. It's just nice to have a nicely scented house. The scent doesn't fade after a few weeks like your store bought wall plugs do and by this being a waterless diffuser, the scent is always strong and consistent (depending on your fragrance choice). I am concerned with the fact that this, and many of the other Hotel Collection/Aroma 360 devices have a high price tag and a very low lifespan. It means that I'm not running it as often as I would like to, which then defeats the purpose of actually investing in this. If I were to run this consistently 8 hours a day, this gives me a year of life. That's definitely worth some consideration when deciding how to spend your money. There are cheaper alternatives out there.

😵💫
Really?!? I don’t even know where to start. I’ll begin by saying that I’ve tried at least a half dozen or more waterless nebulzing diffusers in the last year and a half. In my opinion, cold air waterless diffusers are THE way to go. The scent has better throw, and even when run regularly, the oils last for months. This thing is definitely sleek in design and takes up a very small footprint. It’s modern look and slim profile make it look very high end. And let’s face it, at the current price point of approximately $600😳 it SHOULD look high end, but it should also function high end as well, and this does not. It would be simple enough to use, but the remote doesn’t work 😤… glad this wasn’t a gift, that would’ve been disappointing, not to mention embarrassing. 🫤 No assembly required beyond screwing the tall portion to the stand. Gosh, I was so excited to try this and what a let down. Even though I received it free from the Amazon Vine program, I was charged a little over $200 in collected taxes, and I honestly don’t believe it’s even worth THAT. I will say that the packaging and presentation is done well, and it certainly looks like an expensive item (and it is!) and it’s whisper quiet while dispersing the oil, but good grief. 🤦🏼♀️ You can only use their brand of oils or you will void the warranty. Also, the information states that its lifespan is about 3,000 hours…..FOR $600!?!? No thanks. I’m going to stick with my Bicedo that I accidentally came across on Prime Day… not quite as sleek, but way cheaper and way better than this one. On another note- you don’t want to skimp on oils… it’s so important to know what you’re buying since you and your family will be surrounded by it. Make sure they’re free of toxins and chemicals, safe around people and pets, and are IFRA certified. The oils by this company check all of my boxes for quality oils… and they smell great… I just think that, as with this diffuser, they’re very overpriced. So this will just depend on your budget, along with expectations vs reality. *Pros: attractive design, nearly silent, takes up very little space. *Cons: remote doesn’t work, to reset factory settings it instructs you to press a blue button with the number 35%… which doesn’t even exist and most obvious would be the outrageous price point. If you still decide to go for it, keep in mind that with this or ANY waterless cold air diffuser, it does take maintenance. If you don’t have the time for that you’re better off just passing on one. Once a month I fill an empty oil refill bottle with rubbing alcohol, the cheap stuff available practically everywhere, and run the diffuser for 10-15 minutes. I then use a long qtip dipped in the rubbing alcohol to clean around the outer part of the nozzle. If you don’t do this it will clog and it will leak! Good luck on your waterless diffuser endeavor… they’re wonderful. I just cannot recommend this one for reasons listed above. 🤷🏼♀️💁🏼♀️

Won’t last you long
The motor stopped working within a year and they refuse to do any returns. Customer service tried to switch me to a monthly subscription program that was $100+ a month instead, and she said the motors will stop working after 3k hours of use. I definitely did not use mine for that many hours before it stopped working. But even if I did, you can get much better diffusers for a fraction of the price. No choice but to just throw this thing in the trash now. I hate this company.

Works well!
I like this diffuser. We have two dogs and a little extra air freshener certainly can't hurt. I like the sleek design, it's pretty modern looking. Assembly was easy - just six screws on the bottom and it is nicely weighted to stay upright. Screws, hex wrench, and spare nozzle are all included. The instructions were wrong on how to program the remote so I took a guess and where it says to 'hold the 35% button' I just held the MED button instead and followed the rest of the instructions. That did the trick and programmed the remote so I am now able to control the system with the remote. It works well - I timed the diffuser and compared it against it the published times and it is accurate. By my calculations, if you run it on low for 8 hours a day (recommended maximum), it would run for just a bit over 20 years. I think it is odd they put the anticipated lifespan in hours in the booklet, but I'm not overly concerned with that particular specification. It does seem pricey for what it is, but it seems to be a very well made item, it does not fall into the category cheap or plasticky looking or anything. It would look very much at home in an office or professional environment. I purchased a random bottle of essential from Amazon, and I guess voided the warranty in the process - since it states in the book that using any oil from another company voids the warranty. But either way, since the diffuser is packaged with an empty bottle, I just dumped the contents of my unauthorized oil into it and fired it up. It works great - I couldn't notice any noise during operation from about 3 ft away from the unit.

Remote doesn't work with it
Ok first I'm gonna say that I have wanted one of these for a long time. Last Christmas, I splurged and ordered the smaller tower. When it arrived, I was very frustrated that the remote that came with it, didn't operate the tower. The instructions also didn't match the remote. I had to go through an ordeal to get another remote. This tower has the exact same issue. It come with the wrong remote. The remote doesn't work with this tower and the instruction manual shows how to pair a different remote with it. So the remote is completely useless and I have to unplug this and plug it back in every day. The scent will only come out of the machine for 24 hours at a time. Every day I unplug and plug it in to make it spray again. I wish they would inspect their products and make sure we have the correct remote. With all my frustrations with the remote, I will say that it does dispense scent very well. I can smell it through my livingroom, kitchen and down my hall way. It's pretty quiet too compared to other brands I've used. It's a nice diffuser, but would be nicer if the remote would work.

Incredible Aromatherapy Diffuser with Impressive Coverage!
I couldn't be happier with the Hotel Collection Tower Diffuser! It's a sleek and elegant addition to my home, and the Midnight Black color looks stunning in any room. What truly sets this diffuser apart is its wide coverage. It easily fills my large living space—around 800 sq ft—with the soothing scent of essential oils. The fragrance is consistent and evenly dispersed, creating a relaxing atmosphere that lingers for hours. I love coming home to the fresh and calming environment it creates. One of the best features is the remote control. It makes adjusting the settings incredibly convenient. Whether I'm switching between different intensity levels or turning it on and off from across the room, the remote adds a level of luxury and ease that I didn't realize I needed. It's perfect for my busy lifestyle, and I appreciate not having to interrupt my activities just to change the settings. This diffuser is not only functional but also feels like a smart, high-end device that enhances my home. Overall, this diffuser has truly transformed the ambiance of my home. Whether I'm unwinding after a long day, working from home, or hosting guests, it delivers the perfect balance of scent and relaxation. It's ideal for any setting—home, spa, office, or even a business space. The quality and performance are exceptional, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to elevate their space with the power of aromatherapy!

Smells great even in large space
My living, formal living, dining and kitchen are all one very large, open space. I've used traditional water diffusers, which work well but aren't always visually appealing with the water vapor mist. This sits in the corner of my living room next to my fireplace and is very discrete and visually neutral. I've been using it two days and I'm happy so far. I highly recommend keeping the instructions until you get used to the remote and its functions. I'll upload a picture to help. So far the smell has been strong enough to be noticeable and the diffuser is fairly quiet. You have to buy the 4oz fragrance bottle from their collection, and at the time of this review that can be anywhere from $69 to $89. That's ALOT of money so I'm curious how long the bottle will last. I'll update this review once it's clear how long it lasts. It seems like a lot more money than I'd like to spend but we'll see. For that reason I'm only giving it 4 stars. I mean...$70 for 4oz?! Come on. But it does smell good. I'm just not convinced it's worth all that.
