As a personal trainer, I am always looking for new toys to add to my tool box, especially for working with my taller / stronger clients. I have a collection of bands - thin rubber, thick rubber, tubing - and all have the same issue: almost impossible for my taller / stronger clients to use! Not only are the smaller bands harder to get on, they tend to roll down and bite in to my client's legs. This is the first band I found that I can use on my stronger male & female clients with no slippage, good resistance, and comfortable grip. Check all three boxes - whether you are 5'3" & 120# like me, or a former collegiate thrower like the client pictured, or 250# 6'4" guy, this band works.

I love my sweat performance band. These exceeded my expectations: I was concerned they would not be tight enough, but they're tight. The quality of the material is very strong & they don't roll up like the thin elastic band do. Besides it has the little tag inside to be personalized and add your name. I been using it to warm up before my leg workout and I can really feel the difference. These bands changed my fitness program for the better! highly recommend for anybody that is ready to be on their next level of fitness. Well worth the price $$!

The media could not be loaded.  If want to up your game for lower body workouts, this band is it! I love the thick fabric that does not fold over while working out. I also love that it does not slip up or fall down because of the rubber banding on the inside. It stays where you put it and has just the right amount of flex to really make you work! This resistance band simply makes a good workout piece of equipment great in 3 simple ways: 1) it's pain free as a guy who has some leg hair, the cloth material keeps it in place. 2) It doesn't "over stretch" like traditional bands. 3) it has a place for your name so it doesn't get lost if mis placed at the gym. I highly recommend it!

This band is great for people of all fitness levels. It will help you take your workouts up a notch. It's very durable and can be used anywhere--at home, at the gym, in a hotel. You can create a workout from the band alone or use it in your current workout to help work your glutes/legs even more. You need this band!
