Multi purpose uses!
This has become my most used workout equipment! I was very skeptical about the ball being attached to the resistance bands, but it actually really works both the inner and outer thighs. I also love that you can remove the ball so you can use the bands on their own or the ball on its own!

It works well but is spendy!
I use this daily and honestly it is comfortable and easy enough to use once I figured out how to use it.Thick Thighs? This might not be as comfortable - so this is why it took me a few tries to find the way it would work best for me.Price - High up front costDurability - So far this seems durable and should last for a few years as long as I take care of it.

Awesome workout
I cant believe I got one of these. It is a great and fun workout. I like to add this to mix it up. I like the variety of the workout and these workouts make me feel strong. Great addition to your exercise routine. Excellent value for the money .

Missing items
The packaging was damaged and items were missing. I literally just had the ball. After googling, I found that I was missing the pump, all info on how to use and info on product.

Strap extender
Low quality or defective strap extender. After only a couple of times using it it’s showing tearing. Unfortunately I’m past the return window so can’t replace or return item.
