Was advised to purchase ceramic pans so I purchased this for my wife.My Wife uses this everyday, curry, fish, eggs, bacon, stew, and the thing don't stick?? we have had it a few weeks so it is early. its so easy to clean as nothing sticks to it?? steak would be a good test. The handle does not get hot as I don have teflon hands like my Wife.My Wife says best pan she has ever had so I'm happy.5 stars

The packaging itself gave me a good first impression, as the blue finish and sleek sliver shiny handle looked quite classy. The only drawback is that the handle easily shows fingerprints.The pan feels sturdy, like it will last a long time, and it's comfortable to hold due to its nice weight. When it comes to cooking, it performs excellently. I tested it by making an omelette, and it effortlessly slid off the pan without leaving any residue. After using it for a couple of days, I can confidently say that it cooks evenly, is a good size, and is incredibly easy to clean.

An elegant and stylish frying pan.Absolutely beautiful design ,sophisticated yet simple.The outside coat makes this frying pan not only to stand out the crowd but is also much more easier to keep it clean.The sparkling coat on the inside is amazing too .A real pleasure to see and cook with it.Non sticking pan .however I did use a slash of oil/butter as I like my foods tastier.Made few different dishes and they all been a success and very tasty too.The cleaning process I find to be really simple and easy.The top is that the pan can be used straight in the oven so you can finish the recipe in the oven without having to swap pans.However be aware if not having the heat too high and with no food inside as it will damage the pan.Also ,right utensils are best to be used to avoid scratching.Good size ,suitable for a family if 4-5.Overall ,good quality for the price .happy to have it into my pan collection.

Whilst there are a plethora of pans out there, the benefit of the Ciarra Beyond range is the lack of nasty chemicals for the nonstick coating - there’s absolutely no point cooking lovely organic food if you’re going to rub over a cheap Teflon coating which will degrade and slowly pollute you with forever chemicals. The pan arrives impeccably boxed and in use it continues to please. Constructed from thick aluminium- it holds the heat but you won’t feel like you’re pumping iron whilst cooking. Steel handle with very solid riveting that’s built to last. The pan is coloured with a deep luscious coatingl that’s suitable for all hobs and the oven / grill. Look after it and it should last ages. Beautiful to look at. Beautiful to use.

Watched a terrible documentary on Teflon and had been on a hunt for non Teflon non stick pans for a long time with no success until I bought this ceramic pan. I can't believe how non stick it is, it's actually better than any Teflon pans I've ever used! Have had this for a few months now and the husband makes eggs every day using this pan, and nothing has stuck, nothing has flaked off, still looks just as new as the day I recieved it. I was a bit peeved about investing so much on a pan but definitely don't regret it now cause there's value in a quality pot that's not going to cause you cancer. Bought another one for the mother in law too who makes eggs every day just like her son does :)
