Perfect fuel. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great taste despite the sodium, large package and not the easiest to open *by L***A on July 25, 2026* I'm a heavy and salty sweater when running so decided to try these in preparation for a fall marathon. I wanted to increase my carb intake to around 60g/hr and with these I only need one gel every 30 minutes rather than every 20 minutes with the gels I'd been using. I also thought it would be more convenient to take these rather than contend with salt pills along with the gels. I'm a bit on the fence. The passion fruit flavor is great, even with the significant amount of sodium, and the gel is easy to get down as it has more liquid than other gels. The downside is that with the high liquid content, the package is much larger than that of the gels I'm accustomed to.
