Product is easy to use and works well
This is a nice product for helping to keep legs active when sitting at a desk or even a couch in the living room. I work from home and it's nice to be able to keep my legs moving all day! The variable speeds are easy to adjust, and it's nice that it comes with a remote. This machine is only for sitting down use, you cannot stand and use it so keep that in mind.

Takes Getting Used To
You can pedal backwards or forwards. It has numerous speeds like you are on an e-bike. I am just getting the hang of it in manual mode to get some resistance without assistance. Overall, it’s good for under the desk to excersize while working.
