It works so well. After the third drink, you can easily embrace the taste, knowing that it really helps you to recover. This is my replacement for the honey stinger recovery powder.

I love this product and I drink it nearly every day. I have a condition called dysautonomia (POTS/NCS) which means I need extra hydration to regulate my blood pressure and heart rate. Skratch Labs is my favorite hydration that I have found, especially the Wellness blend. The taste (I dilute it to 1/2 pack per 20oz and drink two of those) is like lemon water and is very refreshing. I love that Skratch Labs formulates their products with natural ingredients (and without stevia) in order for it to be easily digested in the body. My boyfriend also works out a lot and I have found him taking some of the packets because "It's better than gatorade" and helps him avoid headaches when flying and pulling Gs in the plane. Thank you Skratch!PS. I wish there was another flavor in the wellness line because I like to change it up sometimes, but the flavor is so benign that I can still drink it everyday without getting sick of it.

I have a health condition that requires an electrolyte supplement like this, and it’s by far the best tasting products I’ve found with a high sodium content and real sugar, without any artificial sweeteners, including stevia. And believe me, I’ve scoured the internet for options, and they’re few and far between.It tastes just like a regular lemonade to me. If I didn’t know better, I’d think it was a regular bottled lemonade. I thought I’d tire of the flavor because it’s the only one in their “Wellness” line, but I haven’t yet after days of having one so many days in a row.I rate this 5 stars for taste and 4 because it’s expensive. I rate it zero stars for Skratch’s decision to discontinue it.

This brand is easy on the stomach before, during and after exercise. Great flavors, not harsh. Provides just the right amount of carbs for energy and electrolytes for replacement. My favorite flavor is Lemon-Lime.

Nice product and tastes good. Keeps me hydrated even after drinking a lot of alcohol.

As a woman with minor symptoms of menopause this hydration supplement has made a huge difference. When I use this consistently, the frequency of my headaches and night sweats drops. Totally worth the investment because it's made with real sugar, so no weird, chemically aftertaste, it's not super sweet, and it actually tastes good. I knew if it didn't I wouldn't consistently drink it. Highly recommend all of the Skratch hydration products to replace the fluids you lose when you perspire.

I may add some concentrated lemon juice to overdrive the flavor a bit. Jim

I have problems keeping myself hydrated. My nephew suggested that I try this, because I've been in the hospital several times for being dehydrated. I especially use it, before and after, I work outside in the heat and sweat a lot. My nephew also uses this when he works outside in the heat. It really works!
