Can tbese be used for bed ridden patients?

I use on someone that is bedridden. Patient Can follow instructions on opening and closing their mouth.

Are the blue unflavored and untreated? I need them for my small dog.

They are allowed in a human mouth, but they are for patients who are in hospitals, if your dog is not sick or dying I am not sure why you would use these, they hold enough water to moisten the mouth for people, and they are just man made sponge.

Do you have to rinse after using these?

The swabs are untreated. No need to rinse your mouth after swabbing. It’s alright if you choose to do so, however. Hope this helps.
