It also is supposed to be good for bone, heart, and cancer health so I appreciate that as well.

A good choice for Vitamin E, but a large gel pill, and expensive if you can't afford it!

I'm Sorry but when I took this product I got sick the two two times I took it.. Plus the shell surrounding it was very thick. It affected me as if I was taking Tocopherol's, which I cannot digest.. I would like my money back because I cannot take these and be well. These are said to be Tocotrienols, but they affect me like the other less desirable form of Vitamin E so I will not be ordering them again.. Going back to my first brand that never made me sick although they cost a small amount more..

Highly recommend product! Goes down easily. Does not upset the stomach. Taken to ease perimenopause symptoms. Helps with relieving those symptoms. High quality supplement based on my experience with other supplements. Price was reasonable. I would buy again.

I am a MD. It is hard to write a review without getting too into the specifics. But I will give it a try. First, it was an easy medication to take. 1 pill, easy to swallow. Second, the liposomal formulation increases its bioavailability. Third, there has been increasing data suggesting a lipid lowering effect. Since I hate reading reviews with bad science, I would recommend you to look into tocotrienol ( Delta, gamma ) and hmgcoa reductase. Statins are competitive inhibitors of the above. Tocotrienol does something different but very similar.
