This started out as a nice computer for the first 4 months but now it's just a big big waste of money very disappointed do not purchase does not load your page after a while or Cuts you off shuts down definitely do not recommend this

Computer seemed good to start with, but completely failed after 2 months. Not able to get replacement or refund. Company wants me to disassemble and send back parts one-by one for testing and possible repair.

Do not buy it, after a few weeks it's started making noises a whole day , working very slow

I have never had buyers remorse on a PC like I do for this. I bought it in late March 2025. Set up was quick and easy. I loved it until I didn't, in August when it quit working. Contacted warranty specialist by email and 4 days later they replied and their solutions didn't work. I had to spend money and time to get it fixed. 2 months later, today, it has a recovery blue screen to repair. It is not usable. It seems it cannot detect Windows OS. IDK. I have never had so many issues with any other PC and Ive used Dell, HP, ASUS,Sony. But, this is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is just awful. No live person to speak to and no real solutions. I have another email in to customer service, but I fear this thing is corrupted or dead. I think they sell defective products. I would not recommend this PC . I guess that's what I get for trying to save a little money. In the long run, It's caused so much stress, lost files, loss of work time. So disappointed!

2 days later and now the wireless adapter is totally dead.. This thing runs HOT under load.. GARBAGE! I reinstalled windows 3 times in two days.. Drivers dont fix it.. etc.. This computer is no faster than the Ryzen 7 I have mini PC SER Beelink right next to it. AMD is glitchy.. black screens etc.. So I bought this one.. Granted I am in the middle of setting this up for my business.. I always liked Intel for business. I'm downloading updates right now and office 365.. The fan is very loud.. It will be attached to the back of a monitor so I probably wont notice it much in my office. I would not buy this PC and put it in my bedroom for gaming that's for sure. The AMD Beelink SER.. is SOUNDLESS! There is no fan and I've had it for a couple years.. 1/2 the price and just as fast if you can deal with glitches in flashing active X or whatever AMD Radeon drivers are doing.. So office 365 just finished installing and now there is no fan going off like a mini hair dryer OLD school PC with 5 fans sound.. It dead quiet.. So under load this thing is a bit loud.. I will update later once I'm set up fully.. 3 stars may not be fair here..we will see.. One last here so the computer timed out and went to sleep just now.. Upon a mouse click to wake it the fan goes off.. its annoying really..BUT its right in front of me a foot away on my desk.

At first I was impressed by the unit's size and features. Its fan was noisy, but otherwise it worked well. Then yesterday it shut down and won't re-start. It is quite dead from, I believe, overheating. It is past the allowed return period of only one month! If you buy one of these, beware: 1) at least get a small fan to cool it; and 2) be prepared to lose your money if it fails even just one day past the ridiculously short return period.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The customer service is an absolute joke. They never once explained the proper process to file a warranty claim no direction, no help, just endless questions that made it feel like they were trying to avoid honoring their warranty altogether. My GMKtec Mini PC (Intel Core i7-1185G7, 32GB DDR4, 1TB SSD) completely crashed after only 8 months of normal use. Instead of taking responsibility, their “support” told me to file a claim with Amazon for a refund or replacement. Seriously? What kind of manufacturer does that? I wasted time, money, and patience dealing with this company. In the end, I had to buy a new PC from a different brand. Save yourself the headache — don’t waste your money on this product. Poor quality, zero accountability, and terrible customer support. BEWARE!

i bought it two weeks ago. The installation and set up were very easy the worked great. Then this morning, in my normal work it just died without any warning. I tried to restart a couple of times and it did not work. I tried again after a few hours, it still refused to start. The worst part is that my personal documents and apps cannot be cleaned since the machine cannot start. I look at the website of the maker, but it did not have any number to call for help. So i just returned it before the return period expires.
