Hi..It is a very good product with lot of features with a very very reasonable rate..Used it today for the first time and found it very comfortable to use..wheels are very smooth.it has lots of compartments.very spacious.Packing done was also very clean. .I am very much satisfied as the product as it looks very royal..thanks Amazon for such a quick delivery and thank you BRAND for a beautiful product..

Material is ok, not in very good category.Lock number keeps shifting by itself. Had tough time to open at airport as one digit got changed itself.Sure what I purchase was a bit defective piece in terms of stiching around corner , due to the urgency I realised it later.After three months of usage its already wobbling , handle is poor.Buy some good branded product in my advice!!!!

Got it for 2700 after offers. For the price - Good product, compact and sufficient space, slightly expandable due to lack of sub-sections / hard-compartments. Front packet is basic but interior is quite spacious. You can pack in more stuff when you have a single big compartment, rather than many small ones. Laptop section is fine. There is a number lock on the side, you may not notice initially.Functionality and convenience will be much better with 4 wheels and more stable flex-handle. I gave this to a family member who does not travel much but wanted one since long. I saw great Festival offers and bought a more expensive trolley "VIP Terminal 35 Ltrs Black Laptop Roller Case (STTERLP46BLK)" for effectively 3000. It covers most of the drawbacks of this product (except the slightly wobbling 3-step handle which i guess is inevitable in short trolleys)When moving in crowded or narrow spaces, you cannot drag a trolley, you need to hold it close to you and it has to move with you parallelly. That is only possible with 4 wheels in spinnable/360degree design. That is when you feel the 2 wheels here are lacking something. On the other side the bigger wheels give more confidence, they tuck into the body without eating any considerable space, this makes the product compact, shorter and more fittable into any limited spaces.I see most 'laptop' trolley products have 3-step expanding handles due to short size, this makes the handle loose. When you twist / rotate, the handle wobbles in the groove, not tight, hence you loose confidence. Bigger usual luggage trolleys have two steps, more stable/tight.

Item received is wrong.. waiting for replacement..Received a replacement on 11/03/2018.. product came correctly as per the order. product is good and the image tells the truth. light weight, sturdy and elegant.

The bag arrived as on the picture. It has marks which is not possible to get rid off. And the zip inside was broken. The glue came loose inside. The picture advertised is different to what was delivered.

Can say reasonable and good product. Best for two day travel who are willing to carry limited baggage. For airlines travel cabin baggage you need to think before you hold things along with laptop because the bag itself weighed of 2kg.
