Love it!
I’ve been using the Wife Pillow for about a week now, and honestly… I didn’t realize how much my old pillow was messing with my sleep. I love that I can adjust the stuffing — it took a few tries to get it just right, but now it supports my neck and shoulder so much better. I don’t wake up with that annoying arm numbness anymore. Super cozy, super worth it. Definitely staying on my bed.

Most people end up sticking with this pillow. Give it a try!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is very soft compared to other products. The neck support is amazing. You can take out filling to make this thinner depending on your liking. I now finally have somewhere for my arm to go!! Yay! The added cooling pad really helps on hot nights. Overall a 10 out of 10 product!

DO NOT BUY - Company Does not Honor the Return Policy
Beginning with why someone would purchase this pillow, it does not work. I spent 30+ days stuffing, un-stuffing, reworking, and trying to make this pillow work. It collapsed on itself and ultimately was worse than just arranging firm pillows correctly so my shoulder wouldn't be in pain the next morning. While I am 6ft tall, I'm fit and not putting excessive weight on the pillow. It just doesn't work for me.No big deal right? The company, seemingly understanding that it may take time to determine if the pillow does or does not work for any given person, has a generous 101 day return policy for a FULL REFUND. False, Amazon does not process this refund after 30 days due to their policies meaning you have to contact the merchant directly. I was then told I have to pay for return shipping myself which cost $70 because it is a large and heavy item. They will not reimburse shipping, meaning I am out almost half the cost of the pillow.EDIT: After calling the vendor, they did attempt to reimburse me some for the shipping. When processing the return they were only able to reimburse me $20 for the return shipping. So not entirely happy but marginally appeased by their customer service.

Delivers on positioning, but very bulky
I've been a side sleeper since I was a kid. For most of the last 39yrs, I used arc pillows (such as the one made by Therarc), which provide a short half-cylindrical tunnel and are very maneuverable (you can pick it up in the dark and throw it on either arm at any distance from a shoulder). They are thin and hard, with low profile and minimal bulk. I still have two, but they're no longer produced and mine are steadily degrading in spite of my repairs. The Wife Pillow is at the other extreme: it's hugely bulky, quite awkward to move for repositioning, but offers plush comfort. The bulk derives from two design choices: (i) the pillow accommodates left- and right-side as well as stomach sleepers and so is nearly twice the width of an equivalent "one-sided" pillow, and (ii) the pillow has arm-length channels diagonally left and right and straight up the middle and is thus tall and thick in addition to wide. It weighs far more than your everyday king-size pillow, so the combination of weight and bulk makes it hard to move it while in bed.If you have a preferred side, it'll be fine, but if you change sides several times each night, it's going to be a pain.On the positive side, it's extremely confortable even for very picky sleepers (like me). It holds your head and neck, one shoulder and most of one arm in a precise position that you can set up following instructions. It's configurable ad infinitum: type of foam filling, type of cover (you absolutely need a custom cover to use it!), additional material to increase or decrease height, separation, etc.I normally change sides half a dozen times per night, but on this pillow I found myself sleeping the night through without changing position. Two small nags:1. I ordered the firm version, but had to do the firming up myself, with rather limited instructions; and the free bag of extra foam does not suffice to firm up the middle area (but it's easy to find bags of foam online).2. The custom cover does not come clean in the washing machine no matter what program or detergents I use; instead it seems to turn dirt into stains that get slowly larger and darker. Conclusion: heavy and bulky, but it really works.

I think better than the Met Cline - not perfect though
I spent 2 years with the Met Cline but then I made a mistake of taking the pillow cases off and I could never find the right way of doing it. The Wife Pillow had much more material, give and the pillow case wasn't a rubix cube and there are cushions on the bottom so you have more flexibility in where you want to position your arm. I miss the bigger open head hole of Met Cline, but eventually the Met Cline was too flimsy for me, where the Wife Pillow was not. For the Met Cline I didn't like that the bottom section came down so low and that's why I liked Wife Pillow because pillow stopped at my neck and not my stomach. Little Tip - The muscles in my shoulders are all torn and I feel it every night except when I use ice packs. When I go to sleep, I place 1 or 2 ice pacs on my chest. I'll wake up at 3 because they've melted, but where it used to take 30 minutes to fall back asleep, sweating and my heart was pumping, I fall back asleep in 5 minutes and when I did wake up at 3 no sweating or no heart pumping. Finally a good sleep but you also need the pillow.
