I was looking for something to use with my tretinoin since it was irritating my skin. This is so gentle that there is no irritation on my damaged skin barrier. No fragrance is a plus since products with fragrance tends to sting. The cream comes out thick but absorbs really fast and is lightweight and really moisturizing.There is no sticky feel afterwards. Didn’t cause any acne with me (combination skin). Gives a nice glow that doesn’t make it look like I ran a marathon. The price for this product is also insanely good. A great value. Beats some products that are 3x the price ( looking at you aestura).

I LOVE THIS MOISTURIZER! When I got pregnant, my skin became so dehydrated, itchy, and just dry no matter what I did. All my usual stuff wasn't cutting it. I even developed a rash using my usual skin care. I was so confused. I decided to try this one based how it says its made for sensitive, eczema skin and offers 100 hr hydration. The moment I tried it on, I felt relief. This is now my new favorite. It's thick but doesn't apply on heavy. Feels like I'm applying make up primer but it absorbs immediately into the skin. I don't even have to use a lot. Just a dot and it's plenty to cover my entire face. Best part is it's safe for infants so I felt comfortable using this while pregnant. I even use this and the gel on my toddler whenever she had itchy skin. It gives her immediate relief too. She no longer scratches her skin! I also love how much product comes in one tube. It might seem pricy, but considering how much I need for my face, this will last me for months!

My facial skin tends to look dehydrated, so I've been on a journey to find the best product that can give me a dewy look without triggering an allergic reaction. I was enticed to try Illiyoon because it’s marketed as safe for sensitive skin.I usually experience either an itchy rash or small red acne on my cheeks and chin. I bought this product because of its mild formula, and because it doesn't contain ingredients I’m typically allergic to—especially fragrance/perfumes. My skin and even my sinuses are sensitive to fragrances.Unfortunately, I still had an allergic reaction in some areas of my face. It became itchy. During the first two tries, I layered it with two other products: a hydrolyzed collagen jelly cream (also a Korean brand) and a hydro boost cream (an American brand). On the third try, I waited for the rash to go away and then applied the Illiyoon Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream on its own—but sadly, the result was the same.On a positive note, I really like the texture. It's not too thick, not runny or sticky, feels light, and isn't greasy. It doesn’t make your skin look overly glossy like you've applied Vaseline. The size and quantity are good for the price. It retains moisture well, leaving my skin soft and appearing hydrated.As for the overall quality, it's not 100% for me. I was really hoping it would work with my sensitive skin—but unfortunately, it didn’t.

I’m not even close to finishing my first tube and it’s already a staple and on subscription. It’s perfect for my naturally dry, mature skin. It’s super moisturizing but relatively light. It has excellent, quality ingredients but no actives so it pairs great with other actives / bioactives. It’s rich but gentle with no fragrance, and great on its own or if you like to layer, like me. I have a fairly maniacal addiction to skin care and this works well with everything I have - I typically use it as a last step. It leaves my skin feeling ‘cushy’ without feeling tacky. My skin has never looked or felt better. It’s really versatile for me, and I think it’s a great value. I got the large size on sale and it will last a long time - many months with daily use. Excellent product - can’t really go wrong with this.
