EyeO2 for Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Screen Protector 3D Curved Full Adhesive Tempered Glass 9H Anti-Scratch, Anti-Fingerprint Screen Guard Edge to Edge HD Full Cover Screen Film 2 Pack Case Friendly

First off , fair warning not an easy screen shield to install. I have installed glass, wet applied films as well as the dry ones . But I also will say this, with patience and taking your time one of the better tempered glass shields I have used . Very fine line on both sides where the adhesive isn't contacting the curve of the S8 plus screen . I work in manufacturing and I know about tolerances. Sometimes they work in your favor and sometimes they dont . I'd like to think in my case it was for my benefit . With that being said a hint on install to get all bubbles out . Make absolutely certain you have all dust and or any other particles off the screen before install . Turn off any fans or anything that might cause particles to become airborne. Second during install I found you will not be able to push small air bubbles out . They will move if big enough , if not you will have to lift the protector gently and create an additional air bubble bigger in size to push towards the small ones . The big bubble will absorb the smaller ones and then move them to the side or top . It will take time and patience to do this but will pay off in the end . I also found when I was laying the protector down for the first time I used a tooth pick to hold the bottom of the shield off the face of the phone before finally resting it on the surface . This way you can get it more exactly on the curves and reduce the chance of it not sitting correctly. The guild will help you but the tooth pick will allow as little more fine tuning on the placement. Additional note : I use a Zizo case and or my Otterbox defender . Both work with 0 issues . As mentioned it has a black border , I dont use the edge lighting effects so this doesn't bother me but might bother others . It's a sacrifice of you dont want to deal with clicking glass shields that also collect dust under them . If not for this shield I would still be using wet applied film instead .

I got a Bare Pane protector because a saw it on Facebook and I ordered it on impulse. It was 30 bucks, a single protector and was terrible. It wouldn't adhere completely, eventually cracked while trying to get it to stick and customer service sucked. The part that did adhere looked great though so I wanted to give a full adhesive glass protector another shot. This EyeO2 protector was less than the Bare Pane and has two protectors. It comes with two full sets of cleaning packs, a precise fitting alignment frame and an excellent aplication tool made of strong plastic. Not cardboard. The edges are smoothed and rounded over. This makes them less prone to chipping unlike the Bare Pane which had a thin sharp edge and the glue goes all the way to the edge. You can see it squeeze out ever so slightly as you purge the air. Not like the Bare Pane. Adhesion was very good with one exception. I had my phone in a hot steamy environment and a small section in the corner formed a small set of bubbles that won't squeeze out. It seems to be between the glue and protector and not the glue and screen. More time is needed to see if it becomes a real issue. Also the screen is a little less sensitive so typing must be done with slightly less speed and slightly more intent.If you swipe type it's the same as no protector. The pen on the Note 8 works fine. Minus one star for the bubbles that formed but I've recommended this protectors to others regardless.

[ C O N S ]- Full screen adhesive is used but quality in it's application to the tempered glass varies resulting in defects (i.e. initial screen protector used was perfect, however the second one has an air bubble about 10 mm in circumference on the lower left corner despite being applied several days ago).- Although the adhesive extends to the edges of the screen protector (sometimes), the black border on this unit in particular definitely does not. While mostly hidden when viewing dark or dimly lit media, it's otherwise an annoying and persistent eyesore as it allows a sliver of light to escape from the tiny gap that spans the length of both sides.- On that note, the entire screen protector also does not fully cover the screen.[ P R O S ]- It's a good deal for two tempered glass screen protectors.- Can confirm the usage of full screen adhesive (see above).- Can confirm added protection from impacts (see below).[ E T C . ]While using Samsung's Rugged Case, the device fell from about 4 feet / 1.2 meters face-first onto an asphalt surface with fine gravel. Despite fractures from across multiple points, the screen protector easily peeled off to reveal the display remained unscathed. Quality control issues aside, the product gets the job done when it comes to guarding against impact damage. Maybe if the glass extended a bit further on the sides it wouldn't feel so noticeable when using without a case as well.

Poor product

This screen protector is wonderful! The glass is thick but responsive, and I can't see it breaking or cracking anytime soon. Installation is very easy to accomplish, as it has detailed instructions, as well as a perfect template for where you place the screen protector on the phone (nice because it creates a precise fit). It comes with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, dust sticker, and alcohol wipes which is great for creating a dust-free surface, prior to installation. Overall, two phenomenal protectors for a price you can't beat!

Awful, both protectors lacked adhesive on the bottom right corners causing permanent air bubbles, the thickness slowed the screen's response time drastically and the height of the protector seems 1mm too short which lead to an unresponsive status bar. Very, very disappointed.
