Easy to put together and install, even for me who usually has a hard time with this type of thing. Larger than my old box and I don't know if that's good or bad for the birds.

Good product with one major oversight. I figured out a work around for this issue though, and figured I'd post it here in case anyone else has this issue.It turns out the IR (Infrared) lighting is too strong for this tiny box because it reflects back into the lens and the camera thinks it is day time and shuts off the IR's which makes the "night vision" turn on and off repeatedly (this is because the camera can be used as a regular surveillance camera if it's mounted as such and it's meant to shine 30 feet out, not 8 inches in a box).I put electrical tape over all the IR lights and the night vision now works in the bird house flawlessly. It shines just enough Infrared lighting to light up the box and not turn off from the reflection of too much IR lighting.

My dad is in assisted living and is bedridden. He views a nice courtyard outside his bedroom window. During the summer he enjoyed seeing birds eating from feeders. With winter coming it seemed like watching birds come and go from this birdhouse would be interesting. Dad is enjoying it immensely! He tells me about the bird activity all the time. The caregivers hear about the birds too. Everyone will be excited to see eggs being hatched in the spring time. It may seem expensive but it has been the best birthday present for someone who didn’t need anything.

The entire unit seems to be well designed and assembled and came with good components. While I did have some trouble getting it set up and working initially, once it was up and running it has been working well and has an excellent picture day and night.

Don’t waste your money. This product does not work

My bird lover loved this. So did everyone else! Was so liked I recommended to a friend whose whole family also loved it! The Camara link is great for everyone to watch... then come whole family text chats! Surprising extra love and fun. Get this thing!!! I am a real, actual, person.

Very nicely made and was super excited to receive. Unfortunately our blue bird houses are too far from the wifi and we couldn’t get it to work. Sadly had to return

Camera has great picture with color. Easy set-up following the instructions. Purchase is required if want more features than just notifications. The biggest complaint is it would not dies 10 second videos so if you don’t click on live view when the bird is in the house the 10 seconds is all you get, even with the additional purchase, just under $50 annually.
