I bought one of these to put under my camping pillow to raise it up. It takes 2 blows to inflate and looks well made and robust. The only thing I didn't like was the pouch it comes in which is tight. It's a shame the company didn't add a few grams of extra material and make it loser. I simply store it in another pouch instead. Would also make a good sit pad.

This Flextail Zero Seat is an extremely compact option for a portable seating pad to keep your backside dry and comfortable when hiking or camping. You can get similarly light foam sit mats for less than half the price of this product and you'll never have to worry about punctures but they are nowhere near as compact. You can carry this around in a pocket while out walking.The two-part valve works well. When you pull out the first stopper you have a one-way valve through which you can inflate the cushion without having to worry about air getting out. When you want to deflate it you pull out this second stopper and the air is quickly released. It can be difficult to get the deflated mat back into its tight storage bag unless you have expelled every last molecule of air from it.The question that remains is whether the lightness comes at the expense of durability. If it was cheaper it would be less of an issue but at this price you'll want it to last. The material it's made from is reminiscent of the armbands I used to wear when swimming as a kid. I weigh about 88kg (nearly 14 stone) and so far it has supported my weight OK. You obviously need to be careful about what's underneath you - sharp rocks or thorns could be terminal. It comes with two large self-adhesive patches for fixing punctures. The only thing that's preventing a 5-star review at the moment is the possibility that the longevity may not justify the price.Edit: After using this seat more extensively I've changed my rating from four stars to five. I took it on a camping trip where I didn't want to carry the extra weight of a fold-up chair and it performed really well. I'm now more convinced of its durability - it stood up to some rough treatment - and when sitting on cold ground the effect of the insulation was noticeable, keeping my backside both dry and warm.

The FLEXTAILGEAR ZERO SEAT is lightweight and fold really compact. The size of this product when it’s folded in its bag is so tiny and it also feels so light. I’m impressed about that, making this seat so easy to carry around in your backpack for any outdoor adventure. I’ve found this seat so easy to inflate. This inflatable camping seat also has a 2 R-value which could contribute to resist heat flow. It’s recommended to be used at around 4°C degrees which it means that it could be used from spring to autumn in the UK. This camping seat is made of 40D rip-stop nylon. The material feels robust and should be able to stand some fair wear. But I would advise to be cautious and not place directly on irregular or sharp surface if you want to extend its time life. I’m planning to use it above a small foldable foam mat if I need to place directly on the ground. I think that the main priority of its design was cutting the weight and the size. The seat size is not generous. I barely fit when I sit down over it. It provides a limited degree of comfort. But it will always be better than sitting down on the direct ground. Folding the seat into its bag demands some level of patience and expertise. This seems a decent inflatable camping seat with the plus of an 2 R-value. I think that it will be a great companion for any hiking or camping adventure.

This is a super little inflatable seat for anyone who enjoys watching outdoor sports, hiking, camping, angling and more. It's compact and hardly weighs anything, so easy to slip into a bag or pocket.The seat I received measured 6cm x 12cm when it arrived all rolled up in the storage bag. It's about the same size as my outstretched hand.It was quick and easy to inflate. There are two air tight stoppers in one corner. The first pulls open to reveal a valve to blow into by mouth. All it took was four deep breaths out and the seat was fully expanded. Close the top stopper to keep the air inside. To deflate the seat, open both stoppers and push the air out. Simple and effective.I was a little sceptical about sitting on it, because it looks like it would pop, however, it was strong and springy. It kept the cold from reaching my bottom. Much more comfortable than sitting directly on wet grass or on a chilly outdoor surface.Rolling it up again to return it to the bag was more time consuming and required a little patience. The deflated seat has to be rolled up very tightly and without another pair of hands, I found that twisting whilst pushing it back into the bag worked best. The little bag is more robust than it looks and didn't rip despite being tugged and pulled.For occasional use, watching sports, taking on hikes, keeping in the car for emergencies, it's ideal, and because it's so small and portable it's versatile. It appeals to me because it's neat and clever.In the unfortunate event that you do get a puncture, the makers have thought about that too. There are two spare orange coloured repair patches included. Super smart!

インフレーターとは？と疑問になるほど、中身はからっぽ。ほぼ空洞ではあるが、内側の上面に薄っすらガーゼ状？の何かが張り付いてる。0.5ｍｍくらいの厚みの何かかが。それで多少は断熱効果があるのか？分かりませんが、少なくとも説明画像のようなしっかりしたインフレーターの物ではありません。たたんでいる画像からそんな事だろうとは気付いていましたが、エアーピローではなくシートクッションと謳っているので、表面の強度はエアーピローよりはあるのかと考え、試しに購入してみました。ただそれ已然の問題で、エアーピローと同じく体勢を変える　座りなおすなどすると、このクッションはつるっと飛んで行く事が多々あり、バランスボールの様で正直くつろげる感じでは無かったです。…二度と使わないかも。
