Good ingredients but not particularly impressed
I’ve had no negative reaction to it, no redness, felt no sting and no itchiness.Haven’t noticed any pore minimising action but it could be because my pores aren’t particularly in need to be minimised and I have a clean skin so can’t speak for acne reducing properties. My friend had a business in cosmetics and she said the ingredients are good. This was encouraging as she’s highlighted how bad some of my other products appear to be.I don’t like that it has no plastic cap to limit the flow on a pad. I found the best way to be folding your cotton pad and covering the bottle opening as you tip it. You fold it because it quickly goes through a single layer. Even so, I think the pad absorbs more product than it needs and it’s easy to be wasteful.Overall I think it’s good quality, especially as it has high quality ingredients but for someone that doesn’t have a particularly sensitive skin, I’ve had similar results from cheaper alternatives.

Good quality tonic
I haven't heard of Lucy Bee before, but I like the UK brand, Vegan, animal cruelty free, so I thought I'd try it. This isn't quite a toner, you use it like a toner - after cleansing - but it is more of a brightening tonic, it clears away final remains of any dirt and hydrates the skin prior to moisturising. The bottle is great quality, it is made of glass not plastic. The opening is quite large but I just place a cotton pad over the hole and flip over. You then wipe across the face and leave to dry before applying moisturiser. There is no smell (well, not very nice smell), but that's a positive because there is no fragrance which can irritate the skin.It is amazing how much dirt is still left on your skin even after cleansing, this gets the rest of it off, and smooths my skin ready for moisturising and make-up. I don't think I'd go back to just cleansing now, this step is 100% in my nightly and morning routine.£17.99 is a great price as well, some higher brand products can be in the £30 and £40 so this is a bargain, and like I said the glass bottle makes it lovely for a gift too.Would recommend.

Packaging is style over substance
Stupid heavy glass bottle. Looks pretty but third day using it and second time I’ve spilt loads because it’s a wide opening like a drinks bottle. Far too expensive to be toning the carpet. Also annoyingly heavy for my little face cleaning box and would be rubbish for travelling.

Might be too much for extra sensitive rosacea skin
I usually use a known natural online brand for my skincare but this popped up and I wanted to give it a try as it was a lot cheaper than the exfoliating tonic I was about to buy.I really liked that it was suitable for sensitive skin, fragrance free and would be more subtle than using an actual exfoliator as I struggle with those due to my delicate skin. I also checked the ingredients so it's good that the lactic acid used isn't dairy and it contains no gluten or soya (which I'm all allergic to)I've been trying it for a new night's and yes my skin is quite soft afterwards but... I did get quite itchy around the area under my eyes which meant applying more eye balm but then I end up with spots. So for me, I think I will just use it 2-3 times a week and avoid my cheek area (where my rosacea is worse) and under the eye areas. It's normallyny forehead that gets quite flaky and needs exfoliating more often so I really like that I can do this with the tonic as it's a lot easier and cleaner to use as there are no beads or waxes like other exfoliating products I used previously. The screw top lid was fine although a Flip one would have been preferred. I am guessing that it's for environmental reasons as the metal lid and glass bottle can of course be recycled.

Too strong for my skin type
This is an update: I do not think that it has been expired, but I the last time I used it it caused my some itching and discomfort after few seconds. I would not take the risk of giving it another chance. Maybe it is not the ideal choice for my skin type.

Lightly exfoliating toner that really works!
this exfoliating tonic is a must have! since using it I have seen such a noticeable difference in my skin, it's feels a lot less oily, helped with spots/blackheads and I feel like I'm glowing! had lots of compliments since using it too! It has definitely become part of my daily skincare routine! 10/10!

Gentle, Effective, and Sustainable!
I absolutely love this exfoliating tonic! It has made a noticeable difference in my skin since I started using it. My pores are visibly clearer, and my skin feels smoother and brighter. I’ve been using it every evening before applying my hydrating cream, and it preps my skin beautifully without any irritation. What makes it even better is its natural ingredient list, it’s a rare combination to have something so gentle yet so effective.I also really appreciate the glass bottle and the brand’s commitment to sustainability. It’s a thoughtful touch that aligns with my values.

Tonic
This exfoliating tonic was a nice surprise on my skin. Gently cleansing and soothing, not what I had expected from its name of exfoliating. Will purchase again
