It is great for keeping moisture in the pots. You definitely get your money's worth. High quality product for plant suitability. Review: My new preferred growing media - At first I was not expecting this to go as easy as it was, but after slowly adding slightly warmer water (80 degrees over 1hr period, 8gal total) it expanded quite easily and did not require much of a break up by hand on my part. Although I had already broken the block into about 7-8 smaller chunks it did not take an incredible amount of skill to properly complete this task. The end product well above my expectations. Yielded approx. 17-18gal after adding 3 gal of perlite. Nice, light, slightly fluffy feel with proper amount of moisture remaining (not soaked/dripping wet). The fact is is already buffered is a big plus and saved a few extra steps. I will be using this going forward without hesitation until I see reason otherwise. FANTASTIC product. TIP: although the finished product was immaculate I'd say, It may require at least one rinse/drain rinse wash for "super fine dust fibers" of extremely tiny coco fiber dust before prepping or adding amendments or additives for you plants. I only had to wash/drain rinse one time in 18 gal tote bin with pre-drilled holes. ## Features - 100% Buffered Coco Coir for Plants - Our coco coir block has been pre-buffered to cut down excess salts and stabilize pH levels, saving you the time and hassle of buffering it yourself. This enhances nutrient availability and soil balance, making Buffered Coco Bliss an ideal soil amendment for indoor plants, outdoor plants, and more. - Pre-Rinsed & Pre-Screened Coco Coir - Every block of our coconut fiber substrate has been screened multiple times through an extremely small filter to get rid of any traces of fiber, sand, and rocks. This is what sets our coco coir apart, giving you pure and clean coco coir for plants, unlike others who don’t filter their coco coir for impurities. - Natural Soil Amendment for Plants - Coconut fiber is a 100% organic and renewable soil amendment that works as a growing medium for succulents, herb planters, seedlings, vegetables, flowers, indoor house plants, indoor gardens, and more. Simply expand and mix with plant soil or organic potting soil for indoor plants or outdoor plants. - Excellent Moisture Retention - After expanding in water, coconut coir bricks can be broken up and used as seed starter soil in gardening pots, garden containers, and garden terraces. Coco fiber absorbs and retains moisture, ensuring your plants stay hydrated. Its high cation exchange capacity (CEC) and neutral pH greatly improve nutrient uptake. - Sustainable Growing Medium - Compressed coco coir for plants is made from renewable coconut husks that would otherwise be thrown away. Unlike peat moss, coco coir is 100% natural and doesn’t contribute to the destruction of natural wetlands, making Coco Bliss an environmentally sustainable choice for your growing needs! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CQ3Y4P8F | | Best Sellers Rank | #32,394 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #325 in Garden Soil | | Brand | plantonix | | Brand Name | plantonix | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 346 Reviews | | Item Type Name | Coco Coir Pith | | Manufacturer | Plantonix | | Manufacturer Part Number | 197644954742 | | Model Number | Coco Bliss | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style | Coco Coir | | Style Name | Coco Coir | | UPC | 197644954742 | | Unit Count | 160 Ounce | | Volume | 15 gallons | ## Product Details - **Brand:** plantonix - **Number of Packs:** 1 - **Style:** Coco Coir - **UPC:** 197644954742 - **Unit Count:** 160 Ounce ## Images ![Buffered Coco Bliss (10lbs) Coco Coir Brick | Expands Up to 15 Gallons - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71agD0-8GYL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality product *by H***N on May 6, 2026* Coco bliss is perfect for keeping weeds from growing in outside plants.
