Basic Gear: Leather Camera Bag in Vintage Rustic Look For DSLR- Mirrorless Sony, Nikon, Canon, Pentax camera.

I bought this to carry my camera lenses and journals as a glove box on my bike between the triangle frame .... it carries every thing I needed it to, and fits perfectly in the spot!...Functionally perfect...! And then there is the look... and quality.... I am just Blown away!!! it is truly beautiful... just perfect in my mind... I will be searching for more products from this seller. The smell, the feel, the attention to detail... they even provided protection for the hardware for shipping... nice! If you are on the fence... take a chance... it is not a big bag, so don't expect to carry the world with you... I think it would fit 3 small bottles of Patron... LoL

This is an excellent bag of the highest quality and craftsmanship. The leather is thick, the buckles are heavy brass, the stap is durable with rivets at stress points. The stitching is perfect ( no loose threads and stick straight). Their logo is small and not obtrusive. The lining is padded and soft and includes two small Velcro inserts to place where they most fit your needs. I have a Sony DSC-HX400V and it fits beautifully with additional room for all my extras ( pen, small notebook, cell phone, charging plug and cords- toss in my wallet and sunglasses and am good to go!) This bag does not scream out “ I’m carrying a camera- I’m a photographer”. This is going to be my everyday bag even when not carrying my gear. If I could give this more than a 5 star rating I would! Thankfully there are still craftsmen like this small family business who take pride in what they produce! You will not regret making this purchase. Thank you!

Amazon can be so hit or miss with products from various sellers. When I saw this bag I was skeptical about the leather truly being full grain, but the many glowing reviews and photos made me take a chance on this bag. I’m so glad I went with my gut here because this bag is incredible. The leather is thick and luxurious to the touch. It smells amazing and the pull up is so cool. I also love all the little scratches full grain leather gets. Makes it look rugged and that’s exactly what I wanted. The entire bag is padded inside to protect your camera and other belongings. It also has two inner dividers that velcro where you want them. There are two inside pockets, two smaller pockets just under the front flap, and one pocket on the outer back of the bag. There are also pockets on each side beneath the strap clips. Right now I only have my camera and strap inside, but it has a nice amount of space for extra stuff like lenses, batteries, an iPad mini and/or kindle, etc. As I mentioned before the leather is really thick so it’s fairly firm right now, but with use full grain leather becomes more pliable and patinas too so it’ll keep changing with time. I’m so happy with this purchase and am going to tell everyone about this bag. Excellent value for superior craftsmanship. Also the included note is a nice touch.

Just got the leather bag...was going to spend close to $300 on a similar leather bag by another company and ran into this product. Despite the number of glowing reviews (always suspicious of who is writing them) I took a "chance" figuring I could return if it was junk - pretty much planned on having to return it. Well I have to say I am blown away by the quality of this bag including the details of how it was packaged. As I opened the plastic bag on the bag, the smell of real leather was awesome! It is crazy beautiful! Using it with my fuji xpro1 35mm and a 14 mm in bag. Plenty of room for a larger lens instead of 14, and all the stuff you need to take with you, e.g., batteries, filters, remote trigger, small flash, etc. Functionally it is the perfect size for my little day trips. But aesthetically is where I just found finally, the perfect camera bag. I may purchase their larger bag as well.

I searched for the perfect bag for my Fuji X-T3 with two lenses. I wanted a leather bag, but was going to settle for a canvas bag to save money. I kept searching and found this Basic Gear bag. I assumed it would be cheap, fake leather for the price, but was surprised to find it was real leather, and it was much less expensive than what I was about to spend on the canvas bag of the same size. I received bag the next day. First thing I noticed was the great leather smell. Then the fine craftsmanship. All the stitching and hardware look like a quality bag that would be much more expensive. I love the look of the bag. It isn't sterile like so many bags as it has as aged look, so hopefully it won't attract attention. A great bag at a great price. Highly recommended.

I ordered this bag since I have the larger version for my big cameras. I wanted the smaller version for my rangefinder cameras. The bag arrived and it’s a completely diff color and texture from the bag in the photo. My larger version matches the bag in the description, but this smaller version is closer to red than brown. Disappointed to say the least. I would not have purchased this bag had I known the color was going to be completely different. That being said, it’s a very nice size for a rangefinder style camera.

I love the bag, but not as a camera bag. The quality and craftsmanship is fantastic, high quality for sure. But I have a Canon 1D, the big one, and the bag won't close. I did carry it for a Canon 70D but the buckle in the front kept popping out. It would not stay closed. A great bag for just the 70D and a small lens. The measurements were provided, but alas I was way off on the size. Next time I will pull out a ruler so I can see the measurements instead of trying to see them. But that is on me. I do love the quality and the look, it is a great looking bag, very professional.
