A great read, with lots of examples of how to let go of the things you sometimes feel obliged to do rather than the things you really want to do. You only have a finite amount of time and energy so you should try and use it on the things that are most important to you. Recommend.

I bought this book as it was mentioned in my newspaper and I liked the idea of not worrying so much about what people think of you.I can't read it as the f word is in practically every sentence. I expected it a bit but not that much! Do not recommend this book
