Completely silent fan motor, which was required for the bedroom location. The unit housing is at least 30% smaller than the fan it replaced, so a much neater installation.The fan has six speeds, which are more than enough and the light output is very good.Two things could be better: The lowest fan speed could be lower to provide a gentler cooling breeze e.g. at night and the dimmer range on the light could be wider to provide background lighting, but these are minor points. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

Hi, I purchased a Hoenfly 52" fan and the lens cover for the LED was cracked. I contacted customer support and they promptly sent a replacement lens. Thanks to Zora and the team for a quick resolution!

Great product! The fan is lightweight and easy to install. Had and issue when the fan was delivery and contacted the company and it was resolved very quickly. Currently enjoying the fan and really appreciate the customer service!

The install was easy, did it on my own. It synced up to wifi and amazon easily. The light cover was cracked and contacted their customer service, they were very quick, responsive and sent a replacement cover right away.As someone who is perpetually single, being able to say "Alexa please turn the bedroom fan to 3" or "Alexa please turn the bedroom light off" and better yet have the fan and light setup with my routines so I dont have to ask for anything is AWESOME! I dont have to get out of bed to do it myself, nor do I have to bat my eyelashes and ask a significant other to please get out of bed to adjust the fan/light because I don't want to get up.My one complaint is the light. 1) it doesn't dim very far abiut 50%, and its not very bright. Okay for my bedroom but want a brighter light in other rooms and more light control.

The old fan in my 'new' home bedroom was ugly, noisy, hung twice this length without a light and had pull chains. My ceilings are low so I needed something flush mount, remote controlled, have a light and wanted white so it would 'disappear' into the ceiling. This fan checks all my needs, was easy to install and for bonus points - it works with Alexa! Best of all - it is absolutely silent when running!

100/10 honestly. This fan is so so easy to install, looks amazing, is silent, doesn’t wobble or shake, moves great air, is so easy to sync/connect/use with Alexa and the remote. Cant say enough good things. Customer support is also top notch. I accidentally cracked the light shade during install and reached out to the company to replace it and they sent me a replacement free of charge within a few days. LOVE IT.

Just connected to Alexa! I’ve had this fan just over a year and didn’t know it did that. Needs the Tuya Smart app with an account (dumb) and to pair, press and hold the 2H button on the remote for, I dunno, 5-8 seconds? After that it’ll show up in the app. Then link it to Alexa and sweetness happens. The light is very bright and fills a decent size room just fine. The fan will blow stuff off your desk or dresser. Super easy install, too. And the dark color wood fan blades are eco-groovy.

Great looking fan and operates well. There is some concern as it is listed as an indoor outdoor fan but the box say indoor. We are installing in a covered porch so we will see.
