Just that it is a very good system, easy set up.

I had this security system for a year, the system stop working for some reason. After some troubleshooting via email with “Cathy”, it was determined to be hardware issue. Since it was still under warranty, Cathy asked me to uninstall all cameras and send everything back (uninstall was a pain, but I did it anyway). After it was received, a brand new system was sent to me (NVR + cameras + accessories). I gave 5 stars for good customer service and honoring warranty! I was frustrated about uninstall and reinstall, but now that the cameras working again, I’m just happy that I didn’t have to pay $300+ for another set of security system.

Not enough information in user manual the product itself is great

It was time to replace the old BNC camera system and I ended up choosing ZOSI. I was looking for ease of use (not having to make a lot of changes in the router/set-up). I also wanted a straightforward app that worked on my iPhone. This system provides both. The marketing is a little tricky. At first glance you may think you're getting 5MP video. You're not. The NVR is CAPABLE of 5MP but the included cameras are 2MP. Keep that in mind if that's important in your scenario. If you want the higher video you'll need to buy 5MP cameras. When the product arrived, I immediately set it up on the piano so I could run it for awhile before committing to installing it around the house. I wanted to see if everything worked smoothly and consistently. The set-up is a breeze if you don't have runs longer than 100ft on 4 cameras. You simply plug the cable into the back of the NVR then plug it into the camera and you're in business. The NVR can be set to automatically record over the oldest images. I had no issues getting this to work on a CenturyLink system (and that by itself is a huge hurdle). I'm very impressed with the IR capabilities. That was one of the reasons why I chose this system; according to their documentation, the IR distance is excellent. I will admit the cameras have not been mounted outside yet, so I can only make this statement based on my test mode. I downloaded the iOS app on my iPhone and scanned the QC that pops up on your monitor when you first install the system. It immediately worked. No issues. I've tried it several times from various locations outside my home network and I've had no trouble. I have not been able to determine whether the NVR contains ONVIF or if you can only use ZOSI cameras. I may have to reach out to customer service for that answer. Its nowhere in the product documentation. The one thing you will NOT be able to do is change the date format. No matter how many times I've tried to select MM/DD/YYYY, it continually displays YYYY/MM/DD. Oh well, I'll just pretend I'm in Europe. For those that are ultra-stealthy minded you should know that there are flashing lights everywhere on this system. Where the camera cord connects to the data cable, there's a flashing light telling you that the connection is good and working; If you don't want this visible, you'll need to curl the camera pigtail into your junction box or housing. The system also seems to have a pretty robust 'motion' detection. My guess is I will be disabling that when the cameras are installed because every bug, bird or javelina will be setting off my alerts. Your experience may vary. For the price, at this point, I cannot see a better system. Only time will tell, however, on its longevity. This is item is trash. Please save your money. There is NO customer service, it crashes every other hour, no support no instructions ...NOTHING. The only thing that good is it records audio, but to go back and review footage, you can not. Camera Functionality is "ok" and the picture quality is not good as you are not able to zoom in and see things. The span on how much you can see is poor so to purchase for possible theft prevention... you will more than likely get robbed each time.

Ok so this was a day late being delivered which makes me mad. The rest of this little package is a gem. Easy plug and play installation. I have just received this 8 camera POE set. I am impressed on how easy they worked and were set up for viewing on my computers and phones. I am hoping to install them and get the outside connection working. All and all it looks like a no brainer and a wonderful value.

Excellent so far, however, I can't find where I can order extra cameras for this system
