Great product convenient delivery

I have no problem with the product but I only received 6 out of the 10 gallons. Could you direct me to customer service?

The gallon jugs are very thin. The cardboard was crushed on the corner and the jug was pushed in. I used it first and after it had pressure from me pouring out against that area it split. So….be careful stacking cartons or anything on cartons and watch for thin spots I use for breathing so that is all I have to say

Product as described.Delivery slower than I anticipated.

Very disappointed i have ordered this item for my hubby C PAP. machine but this time very upset first box was in great shape also it was a box in a box i never received it this way. But when we opened the box with the water in it the jugs of water were damaged and leaking half empty jugs and this item is not cheap. So disappointed 🤬

The first half of order came encased in plastic and all water six bottles had leaked out and been absorbed by cardboard. The second half of order came with four out of six bottles slit and all water leaked out. None of gallons wanted to stand up. Also came encased in plastic.

DO NOT ORDER this item. I only received 5 of the 10 gallons and they spilled all over the box.
