I own 2 now and here's why. I first bought an XL Tall because, one, I'm tall (6'5"), and two, I'm XL (220 lbs.). But when it came, it was too large for me, something that's never happened to me before with an XL piece of clothing - I've had them run too small, but never before too large. So, I gave the XL jacket to my son who is also tall (6'4") but broader than me, and ordered a replacement L Tall which fits me perfectly. We're both very happy with our jackets.
