Had this out in San Diego and it worked great. Four stars because setting it up was kind of difficult the first time. The poles and the mount points are labeled well. I would recommend you try it at home first. To set it up at the beach in the sand1) lay it out and make sure its right side up2) fill the sand bags on the side3) stake the far corners4) put in the poles5) stake the inside corners6) enjoy life
