Solid Kids watch
This seems solid and well made. I'm not sure what the casing is but is seems pretty durable which is great for a kids gift. Its navigation is super easy to flip through. I wish the icons were a little bigger so the kid could see the picture better. Its a challenge for him to read them (can't read) so a bigger/better icon would have been better. My biggest issue with this is that there isn't any Bluetooth for headphones. If this had Bluetooth to sync a set of headphones for the music/movie watching would be amazing and make this 5 star. Without it, there's constant noise from it.

Quality IPS screen, quality plastic case, decent learning tools, dubious quality control.
With all the good things with the PTHTECHUS® Smart Watch for Kids Toys, one thing that instantly stood out when I opened the box was one of the screws falling off. Upon trying to put the back plate screw back in, I noticed that the thread had been lost, and it only went in so much, without the ability to be tightened any more. This is a quality control issue, and should have never left the factory.Having gotten that out of the way, this watch is all quality components. I am surprised that it has an IPS screen with wide viewing angles, and superior color gamut. Everything on this watch looks that much better than other cheaper alternatives. The touch screen is responsive, the sound is clear, the apps are helpful and well thought out, and it even has an LED light, like a tiny little flash light torch thingy on the side, that is just enough for when you need to see something in the total dark. However, one annoying problem with the software is the choice of backgrounds obscuring the foreground so that the information is not easily visible. When the background is bright, they should have chosen the foreground font colors to be dark so that they are easy to see. There is only one background that is clear for the clock faces white colored foreground that makes it easy to read the time, and it is dark red. But they lost that opportunity to make the experience better. There is a theme choice of a black background color for the menus but not for the clock faces. The face of the watch seems like its made of glass, because of the clarity, and feel. It could also be high quality plastic. The enclosure is plastic, but the weakest link is the wrist band. It seems to be made of rubber that won’t last too longOverall, this kids watch is one of the better ones out there.

Easy to use and fun
I got this "smartwatch" for one of my nephews, and he was so happy with it that she spent the whole day talking about its features to anyone he saw 🤣The watch looks very beautiful (for kids, of course), and has a lot of useful functionalities. The interface is also very easy to navigate. It has one camera, but of course, don't expect very high-quality photos from it. In addition, it has a flashlight on the side (making a sort of "Spiderman" flashlight). However, they will keep the little ones busy and happy. My main take is the low battery capacity, which can go for a max of 8-10 hours of low-to-medium use. On another note, I like how it is not connected to the internet, making it more secure for the kids.Overall, it is a nice watch that will definitely make any kid happy.

Great Gift Idea For Younger Children
This watch is a little young for a 12-14 year old, but for a younger child it's fantastic. Kids will love playing with the pedometer, calculator, and stopwatch. And what kid doesn't love a flashlight? They can take pictures and giggle at the included stickers, listen to music on the mp3 player, or hear stories on the audio book. And what kids tech toy would be complete without games? This one has a whopping 22 of them. The soft silicon strap is comfortable to wear. It can be connected to a parents computer through USB so favorite music and stories can be uploaded. The software display language includes many language options for multilingual households, or for children learning a second language. One downside to this is it isn't waterproof- at all. It is a feature that at this price I feel needs to be included in a child's watch. Parents are going to have to be vigilant in reminding their child to remove the watch when washing their hands, taking a bath, or playing in a pool.
