Easy to set up. Works fine. Great variety of bell tones.

The product was easy to install in the existing doorbell battery box. The receivers were plug-and-play, as described. The sound quality is excellent, and the range is equally impressive. The receivers are small and unobtrusive. The price for the two receivers was reasonable, and we believe our purchase was of value.

I have had no problem with this. I didn't try to change any of the tones. It's loud enough works pretty good perhaps the only negative is The device takes up a lot of room and can't be plugged in just anywhere.

This is listed as a frequently returned item. Beware. It is a single receiver that you are supposed to pair with an existing transmitter. It just won’t pair. Also the instructions indicated a transmitter button to pair with this receiver. There is no button on the transmitter. I reached out to customer service. They responded immediately. But they can’t figure out their own product instructions.

The doorbell in our house is next to the front door, and I can't hear it when I'm in the basement (where my office is) or in the primary bedroom (on the second floor). The extender was very easy to install, and the receivers were plug-and-play. I started and finished in less than 10 minutes. The receivers have been very reliable. I was worried that the distance and building materials might inhibit the signal (we have problems with WiFi, Lutron Caseta, and Philips Hue), but I haven't missed an important arrival in the last several months. The sound quality is comparable to the sound effects on the Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis--passable but could be better relative to today's standards. At least they're loud.

My house has three levels it is hard to hear the factory chime when on different floors. I didn't want to add Ring Chimes for a couple of reasons and was pleased to find this product. It was installed in less than five minutes (to those having problems, two pointers: (1) make sure your router is temporarily set to 2.4 Ghz for Bluetooth pairing; and (2) pair your devices within a few feet of the transmitter. Once the remote devices are paired, they will repair automatically when relocated to a more distant outlet. I had an extended power outage and no issues with automatic reconnection.The volume can be adjusted for each remote and the user can choose between a variety of tunes.

Easy set up and functional, wish the designers would have offset the plug by about 1/4 inch because when plugged in it blocks the other outlet.

This doorbell extender works as advertised. The instructions have many typos and a couple of mis-translations.There is apparently an issue with video doorbell systems causing spontaneous doorbell rings without anyone having pushed the button.I have a standard Nutone doorbell and a Ring style video doorbell button/camera assembly. My solution was to insert a pair of Zener diodes between the doorbell terminal screws and the transmitter module wires (one on each screw/wire). I used a pair of Zeners that had a breakdown voltage just below the operating voltage of the doorbell transformer (ie for an 18v transformer use a 16v rated Zener). They are available here on Amazon. The Zener polarities must be oriented in opposite directions. A small wirenut or butt crimp can be used to attach each transmitter wire to its respective Zener lead. Be sure to tape or insulate any bare leads. This should prevent noise and video signals from entering and triggering the doorbell transmitter, while allowing the full doorbell voltage through.
