Manual instruction is very helpful, however, they should put a video on youtube teaching how to assemble it as some parts are little tricky. Be prepared, if installing on your own, will take at least 10 hours. Overall, I am 100% satisfied. Material is better than I expected.They put some extra screws (which is important).

Love this gazebo. Sturdy, beautiful, and looks great in any space. We are using it on our deck by the pool. Highly recommend.

It was not hard to put up a friend of mine did it for me only thing is that was missing a couple pieces Amazon, can you please help me with this thank you performance is good. Good for the money that you pay and has kept my furniture dry in these wet, rainy days.

A lot of people are saying this is hard to put together. I didn’t think it was hard at all. I put it together on my own. I worked on it in the evening for about 2hrs, 3 days in a row due to the sun going down. We get some pretty bad storms here and I wanted it to be more secure so I anchored it to the side of the garage. We’ve had 3 or 4 storms (with 40mph winds) come through since I put it up and have had no issues. We just tie back the curtains if it’s going to be windy. I ordered some solar string lites for the inside of it and just used command strip hooks on them. I found there was just enough room at the top of each leg, just above the curtain on the inside, where we put hooks for robes. We love it! I’m just needing to do something with a gutter so water doesn’t drain down the side of my garage. Well worth the money we paid. This is a 10’X12’. Update: yesterday we had 40+ mph winds all day long as well as storms over night. The only issue I had was the wind pushed the whole canopy up against the garage, however, I only had the garage side strapped down. Mainly because the wind normally comes from the direction of the garage (from the west). Yesterday was a rare day with wind coming in from the east. I’m completely happy with this purchase.

After years of buying soft-top pop-up canopies and searching for a reasonably priced, quality hardtop gazebo, I landed on this 10'x13' polycarbonate gazebo and I could not be happier with my purchase! First off, a friend assembled it by himself and had no problem whatsoever; he was whistling throughout the whole process! Took him 5 hrs on day one and about 3 the following day - again, by himself! He put it together on the lawn so as to have enough room to spread everything out. I then rounded up a few more friends to help us lift it onto the (one step) elevated porch. Only four people were needed and it was effortless. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome! The polycarbonate roof allows enough sunlight in while blocking the harshness of the sun. I wouldn't change that decision ever! Bonus round: it doesn't leak! PA had a steady, heavy rainfall yesterday and not one drop fell inside the roof; the "cross beams" carried the water off the roof in a terrific design idea! I will, however, purchase a rain gutter to divert the runoff away from the house. (Gazebo is 2' away from the house.) Secondly, the existing reviews on customer service are most accurate; they are outstanding! Favorable, prompt responses. How refreshing! 100% satisfied!

This gazebo did not hold up under the weight of snow as advertised. I purchased and assembled this in November 2023. Just finished taking the mangled remains of it to the dump today in May 2024 after the weather warmed up. I was constantly out trying to push the snow off of this all winter long as it continued to bend under the weight of snow storms. After a snowstorm that I wasn't able to brush off of it in time, it finally buckled.

Quality and very good, we even tried it when it was raining and when it was sunny, it is strong and it passed the test

I love this gazebo. It was easy to set up with 3 people, preferably one who's tall. I only wish it had a gutter system attached because it's not good on a wood deck. It softens wood over time where the water drips off.
